Tricolor leather shoes
I absolutely love the tricolor leather shoes I bought from Girotti Shoes! When I first put them on, they were a bit stiff around the ankles, but they've really softened up with each wear. The tricolor design is so unique and really shows off the craftsmanship of these shoes - they're definitely the best-looking pair I've ever had! I'm starting a new job soon, and these shoes give me a real sense of confidence and style. Even though they're handcrafted from lovely leather, the delivery was surprisingly quick. I am so impressed with the quality and design of these shoes, and I can't wait to order more from Girotti Shoes in the future.
My new shoes
I recently bought some really adorable shoes from this cool place! I can't take my eyes off them, they're just so lovely. I discovered that the company has been established for quite some time and surprisingly, they don't have any employees, which is a bit unusual but I suppose it's great that they're self-sufficient. They go by the name CUSTOM DESIGN ITALY SRL if you fancy checking them out. I think it's fantastic that they're situated in Italy because you can expect their shoes to be really fashionable. I'm definitely going to explore more of their products in the future!
Slip ons in fuschia and coral
I got myself a pair of slip-on shoes in fuschia and coral from this shop and when they arrived, they looked absolutely fantastic! The colours were really bright and the materials seemed really good quality. However, when I put them on, they were too small for my wide feet. I contacted customer service and they were really nice and helpful. I sent in my foot measurements and asked for a wider size in exchange. After three weeks, the new pair arrived and they fit me perfectly! I'm really pleased with my buy and I'll definitely shop here for more shoes in the future.
Customized shoes, took 3 weeks
I finally got my cool new shoes after waiting for 3 weeks for them to arrive internationally. Not bad timing at all, eh? When I first put them on, they weren't exactly the comfiest - took a bit of wearing in. But now, after a few weeks of wearing, they feel amazing. I can wear them all day long and it's like walking on clouds. The only downside is that the sole is starting to wear out already, there's even a little chip on the edge. I'll try fixing it with some glue, but honestly, I was expecting better quality considering how much I paid for them.
Leather anniversary gift
I bought a pair of shoes from this store for my husband as a gift for our leather anniversary. They took a bit longer to arrive than I thought they would, but when they finally did, they were just perfect. The navy colour was stunning, and the leather was top-notch quality. My husband tried them on and found them really comfy. I'm over the moon with my purchase and would totally recommend this store to anyone else.
Late Order Delivery
I ordered something back in November, but it wasn't until the end of December that I thought to check on where it was. They told me there was a shortage of materials, so I picked something else in January. It's now February and still no sign of my order. I've sent several emails but had no replies, and I can't get through to them on the phone. This lack of communication and delay in delivery just isn't good enough.
First-time purchase of custom-made boots
I wasn't sure about getting custom boots from this company at first, but I have to say, I had a really good experience. Even though there was a bit of a delay in getting them delivered, the boots were even better than I thought they'd be. They were a gorgeous deep green, the leather was top-notch, and they fit perfectly. I've had loads of people complimenting me on them, which just shows how well they were made. I've actually ordered from them again since then, and I'm really looking forward to adding more of their styles to my collection.
Wonderful experience
I had a wonderful experience creating my custom shoes with Girotti. They have a wide variety of customization options to choose from and the entire process is really fun. The shoes are of great quality, very comfortable and stylish. Taking into consideration that these are custom shoes, the turn around time was very fast in my opinion. I was able to see the progress of my order at all times. Shipping was very fast as well. I will definitely shop there again. It's a fun concept and it was a seamless and pleasant experience for me.
hesitant but impressed
I wasn't too sure about buying shoes online from a new company, but I thought I'd give it a go. I was really pleasantly surprised when the first pair arrived - the quality was amazing and even better than I expected. So, I decided to take a chance and ordered another pair of loafers. Black boots with silver buckles
I bought these really nice black boots with silver buckles, but when they turned up, they were the wrong size! I tried to get in touch with customer service, but they took forever to reply. Eventually, they told me they had sent a replacement, but it took another 3 weeks to get here. When it finally arrived, it was the correct size, but they added an extra £15 for shipping! It's not fair at all.
Bad shoes
I got these shoes from there and they were absolutely awful! I mean, really bad. The soles were like ridiculously thin and the leather was terrible. I've got cheap trainers that are way better quality than those rubbish shoes. And when I tried to take them back, they wouldn't let me! Not cool at all, mate.
Unsurpassed quality and craftsmanship
I absolutely love the shoes I bought from this store, they are like works of art. The quality and craftsmanship in each pair is just on another level compared to any other brand I've bought from before. You can really tell they've paid attention to every little detail in every stitch and material used. I'm proper impressed.
Black and white spectators purchase
Those shoes are absolutely gorgeous! I got them to put together an outfit inspired by the 1950s, pairing them with black trousers and a crisp white shirt accessorised with cuff links. The shoes are of such high quality and fit perfectly. I'll definitely be shopping here again.
Loafers purchase
I bought this really nice pair of loafers from their website, was so excited to get them. But, when they arrived, they were too small. I got in touch with customer service to ask for a refund and return label - no reply. I also asked about sending back the other size I ordered, no response again. It's a shame, they promised "Free Delivery and Returns," but didn't follow through.
High quality boots, good fit, disappointing calf size
The boots I got were really well-made and top quality. My wife loved them, they looked amazing on her. But we were a bit disappointed when we gave her calf size and were told to stick with the standard measurement they use. It meant there was too much space between her calf and the top of the boot, which was a bit disappointing. If not for this, I would have given them a 5-star rating and bought another pair straight away.
Custom-made leather boots
I bought some leather boots from this company not long ago. It was really cool designing them myself, with so many options to choose from. But when the boots arrived, I was a bit let down. The leather wasn't as good as I thought it would be and there were some visible problems with the stitching. Plus, the fit wasn't as spot-on as I'd wanted even though I gave them accurate measurements. All in all, I wasn't too impressed with the boots, especially given how much they cost.
