This isn't the first time I've received damaged items from this store, and it keeps happening. It's a recurring problem that they need to sort out.

I recently bought a pair of Boss shorts from this company, but sadly, they cancelled my order without telling me why, just 4 days later. I was really let down by this whole situation, especially since I've heard others complain about similar issues. The company's prices may look good, but it seems like they're too good to be true. I'd recommend steering clear of this company altogether, as my own experience was absolutely terrible. Honestly, if I could, I'd give them zero stars for being so unclear and giving such bad service.
Unresponsive customer service
I've had a really disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order and had a problem, so I tried to get in touch with customer service by email a few times, but didn't hear back from them at all. When I reached out on their social media, they said they couldn't help me because of security measures on orders. It's annoying to see they had time to send me marketing emails, even though I didn't want them, but couldn't answer my questions about my order and delivery.

I'm not sure why some folks leave negative reviews, but I reckon it might be because the shop went through some changes. Anyhow, I recently got myself a fancy gilet from there, and I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. They sorted me out in no time, and the prices were a bargain compared to other places. So, don't let those old reviews put you off - this shop is decent.
