Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I splurged on this item and when it finally arrived, it was in such a bad state - the packaging was all torn up! Can you imagine? I forked out a lot of cash for this and they couldn't even bother to put it in a decent box or something? It's just not right. The product itself was fine, but the way it was packaged was just unacceptable. I was really let down, to be honest.
Balenciaga trainers
I bought a pair of Balenciaga trainers from this company not long ago, and I have to say I was really let down by the whole thing. Firstly, they cancelled my first order without even telling me why, which was so annoying and made me really confused. Then, when my second order finally arrived, the box was all beaten up. It's just not on, particularly when you're splashing out on fancy Balenciaga trainers.
Men's trucker cap purchase
I was browsing for a men's trucker cap and found one on sale, but I was put off by the £20 postage fee. It seemed unfair to charge so much for shipping, so I decided not to buy it. Later on, I got an email reminding me about the items in my cart and offering a free delivery code for the UK. Unfortunately, the code didn't work because my postcode didn't qualify. Feeling really keen to get the hat, I ended up buying it anyway. When it arrived, I was shocked to find it was actually a mesh cap, and to make matters worse, the parcel said it weighed a massive 9.6kg! I felt like I had been tricked and left really dissatisfied with the whole thing.

I was a bit unsure about buying stuff from this website at first because of the different reviews and the fact that I didn't really know much about it. But I'm glad to say that my experience was really good. I got five things and they all came in lovely packaging. I'm really pleased with what I bought and I'll definitely be coming back to shop on this site again.
Cashmere sweater
I bought a lovely cashmere jumper from this company not too long ago, but I have to say, my experience wasn't great. Ordering it was easy enough, but the service I got was pretty poor. The people I spoke to were rude and not very helpful, and didn't seem to know much about what they were selling. On top of that, I felt like the price was way too high for what I actually got. To make matters worse, the delivery took ages, which was really annoying. All in all, I wouldn't suggest shopping here to anyone.
Moncler Maya jacket
I came across a jacket I liked online, so I gave the store a ring. They delivered it to my nearby store, where I picked it up without any issues. Matt provided fantastic customer service, so I would definitely suggest checking out this store!
Expensive t-shirt, secure signed delivery
Do yourself a favour and steer clear of ordering online from this place. I treated myself to an expensive t-shirt and opted for a secure signed delivery, only to be left empty-handed. I reported the issue on the 24th January, but it took a painful 8 weeks for them to finally send me a lost parcel form. Over the next 8 weeks, I bombarded them with emails, desperately seeking an update on my missing order. The customer service was shockingly bad - I had to email them practically every day and never received a response. Eventually, they did refund the item, but conveniently "forgot" to reimburse me for the postage and packaging costs. This whole experience was a nightmare, leading me to report them to trading standards.
I bought a sick baggy hoodie
So, I thought I was getting a really cool baggy hoodie but it turned out to be a massive disappointment. The material was rough and uncomfortable, definitely not good value for money. When I tried to return it, it was a nightmare - the customer service was incredibly rude and not at all helpful. Now I'm stuck with a hoodie that I'll never wear again. My advice would be to steer clear of this place and not waste your money, folks!
Jumper purchase
My recent experience with the Cambridge head office of this fashion store was disappointing. When I spoke to the Manager, Matt, he couldn't help me with a return I needed to make. It seems like there's a lack of communication within the company, as Matt mentioned that no one at the store would help him with the return process. This left me feeling frustrated and unsure of how to resolve the issue. It's frustrating to hear that Matt has to deal with customer complaints alone every day because of understaffing. This lack of support and communication reflects poorly on the store's customer service. I've tried reaching out through their website and customer service team, but I still haven't received any confirmation about my return.
Overpriced purchase
I was absolutely gobsmacked when I saw that the things in my trolley cost $300 less yesterday than they do today. What a total rip-off! I tried to get them to stick to yesterday's price, but they were completely dismissive and not helpful at all. The customer service was shocking, to say the least.
