Overall, really pleased — it did the job. I needed to clear out old phones after upgrading and before a move, and the site gave decent quotes and shipping labels. Quick, handy, not flawless though.

Call-back sealed it
I only knew I was pleased when they rang back and confirmed a reduced offer, tidy and quick. I had sent a slightly damaged handset. No long menus, just someone helpful. Payment hit my account the same week, so I could sort a replacement for my everyday phone. Relieved, really.
Lost tip, but sorted
I sent my Apple Pencil in for a trade-in — it looked fine and I was expecting about $19.17. After evaluation they said the tip was missing so offered nothing, which annoyed me since I’d sent it complete. I use it for sketching quick notes on the commute, and after a couple of emails they admitted losing the tip and honoured the payment. Quite pleased it ended well.
