Was half expecting a problem when the parcel went walkabout with the courier, but a quick message to customer support sorted it — they replied fast and sent a replacement. Started using the new filter straight away; fits the fridge and seems fine. Slightly annoyed at the delay but relieved by the help.
That moment it clicked
I knew I was happy the minute the rep messaged saying they'd sorted the wrong item — that calm, quick reply did it. I first spotted them on a mate's Instagram and actually told my colleague about it later. They were polite and practical, dealt with the mix-up fast, and I felt properly relieved and pleased, which was nice.
Relief after a mix-up
Had to swap the filters because the tap tasted odd after moving flat — proper annoying. I'd ordered from them several times and once they sent the wrong items, which was irritating. I emailed support and by the third day they'd sorted it and sent the right set; that was the moment I breathed out and thought, okay, fair play. Decent price, reliable enough.
Handled well when I messed up

All in all I’ll keep using them, just hope future packs are more reliable.
