I recently purchased a ring from this store and the whole process was really simple! I was even able to track when it would be delivered. When it finally arrived, it came in a lovely box and looked amazing! My fiancé is absolutely thrilled with it!

I was really impressed with the service I got when I bought some customisable jewellery recently. Being able to personalise each piece to my liking was a great feature that made shopping more fun. I chose a unique design, and the final product went beyond my expectations. Ordering was easy, and I liked being able to follow my order from production to delivery. The video of my finished piece was a lovely surprise and added a nice touch to the whole experience. awful quality
I am really disappointed with my purchase. The quality of the item I received was very poor. On top of that, they even charged me €10 for the return fee. I wish I could show you all pictures of the item so you could see for yourself how bad it was. Please be cautious when dealing with this company. If anyone has any doubts, feel free to contact me and I'll send you pictures of what I got. Thanks for listening to me vent.
Ring purchase, stunning
I was really looking forward to receiving my ring from this place, but it took ages to arrive. I mean, it was delayed twice! However, when it finally arrived, it was absolutely beautiful! I really hope it endures for a long time because it looks stunning! The customer service was good at letting me know it would be delayed - at least they kept me updated, you know?
Delayed bracelet delivery
I'm really disappointed because the bracelet I bought hasn't turned up yet, even though it's been 1.5 weeks since it was supposed to arrive. It's messed up our anniversary plans, and I'm really not happy with how things have gone. On top of that, the customer service team hasn't been very helpful - they've just sent me generic replies that haven't fixed anything. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone.

I bought a lovely wedding ring which looked just as it did in the picture on the website. Unfortunately, it didn't fit my husband properly as it was too small. We had to send it back to get a bigger size which was a bit of a hassle, but the returns process was quite simple and easy to follow. 18k white gold/emerald&diamond ring
The company did a great job keeping me updated on my order, letting me know when it would be ready and when I could expect it to be delivered. When I got the ring, it was even more beautiful than I imagined from seeing it online. The craftsmanship is really well done and the African emerald in the middle is clear and high quality, even though I thought it would be darker. The diamonds that come with it are also really nice and go perfectly with the emerald. I'm sure my niece will absolutely love this ring as a gift for her wedding.

Narrow ring, good service
I bought a ring from this company not long ago, and though the service was top-notch, I was a bit let down by the actual product. The ring turned out to be slimmer than I thought it would be, and I reckon I could have found something better for the amount I paid.
