Nail products
I recently bought some nail products from this company and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The customer service is amazing, they always reply quickly to any questions or concerns I have. The products themselves are really top quality, they go on really smoothly like butter and give a perfect finish every time. I can't seem to stop myself from buying more, their range is just too tempting to resist. On top of that, I'm currently doing some training with them and the tutors are fantastic, always ready to help me achieve great results and patient when I have questions or run into difficulties. This company really goes above and beyond when it comes to making sure customers are happy and the products are top-notch. My dream is to one day be a brand ambassador and educator for them.
Disappointing 'easy tiger' nail polish
I was really disappointed with the nail polish I got from here. I chose the 'easy tiger' colour and was looking forward to giving it a go, but it looked nothing like what I expected based on the bottle. It was quite thin and needed more than two coats to actually look good. Even after my beautician put it on and let it dry, it easily came off with just a quick swipe. I bought it specifically for my holidays and the quality was just not up to scratch.
Nail products
I had a really bad experience with Nails by Annabel. I ordered some stuff on 6th April 2021 and was supposed to get it delivered on Friday 9th April 2021. But the delivery guy, MANNI from DPD, messed up big time. He didn't deliver my parcel not once, but twice! And both times, he didn't even try to drop it off, even though he was near my place. The excuses he gave were rubbish and it meant I had to wait ages to get my order. I was left feeling really annoyed and let down by the whole service.
Tester kit purchase
I got this tester kit and I absolutely loved it! However, my monomer bottle suddenly decided to seal itself... what a drama queen! Thankfully, I reached out to customer service and they were incredibly helpful! They promptly sent me a full-size bottle and it came the very next day! It felt like magic! Now, I'm a loyal customer because not only are their products cute and high quality, but their customer service is exceptional 😍.

My embarrassing moment was a nail I made in preparation for an event that was coming up and surprisingly some of the nails fell off and others faded out in less than 24 hours. That spoilt the energy for that event for me. I had to still attend the event with unmade nails because it was very important. That however taught me a lesson - always patronize quality. However, that quality in quote has since been found in Nails By Annabel. There are so many interesting things about Nails By Annabel that makes me stick to them, such as beautiful and quality nail products, creativity in service, experience and professionalism in the field and timely delivery of service or products. I find absolute peace in all nail products at Nails By Annabel. Kudos to the company.

Glitterbels Returns policy
Glitterbels do not accept returns of their items due to the nature of some of their products. If opened the products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross-contamination and not fit for resale. For items that can be returned, they must be unused and in the same condition as when you purchased them. You must send them a picture of the defective product within 24 hours of receiving the goods for them to process your return. You will have to allow 7-10 working days from when the goods are received by the company for a full refund. Refunds will be credited in loyalty points for all goods purchased using loyalty points.
