My partner got me a lovely white gold engagement ring from this store, but sadly it broke not long after we got it. Ring, scratches, not cleaned well, bargain price
I got this ring from here and it's alright, but there are some scratches inside and it doesn't look like they cleaned it properly on the outside. I suppose it's because it was on sale, but still.

Necklace purchase
I recently treated myself to a new necklace, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality. The chain was very delicate, my mum had to spend ages untangling it for me. Also, the horse charm didn't match on the back and front, it looked like it was made unevenly. The thin chain left me feeling let down. Since I'm quite laid-back, I decided to swap the necklace onto a stronger rope as I didn't trust the original chain to hold up.
Truck ring purchase

Engagement ring
So where do I start! I bought my partner an engagement ring and all was good but after 1 month of buying it a diamond fell out and my missis was gutted but fair enough to gold boutique they offered me 10% compensation and to replace the ring which they did but this is when it got real bad. The ring was then returned and within another month again it has snapped! The same ring! Disgusting! This time I just wanted a refund which I was offered they didn’t tell me that they would be taking the 10% off the refund they had compensated me! Disgrace would not recommend to anyone
