I had a problem with my device and had to deal with the warranty process. Hatice from Golden Curl was really helpful and she walked me through everything. Even though I wasn't very good at replying to emails, Hatice went above and beyond by giving me a call to make sure I got their response quickly. I really liked the personalised help and how dedicated she was to sorting out my issue quickly.
Replacement straightener
After using my hair straightener for more than two years, I had a problem with the wire. Straightening iron
I recently received my new iRossi Infra Red Straightening Iron after having to return it once before due to it being faulty. The customer service was fantastic, they were really quick to respond and extremely helpful. I made my complaint last Wednesday and by Saturday I already had a replacement in my possession. Not only that, they even upgraded me to the latest iRossi Infra Red 2.0 model. I must say, their customer service is truly excellent and I'm hoping I won't encounter any issues this time around.
Awesome hairdryer
I am absolutely loving my new hairdryer, it is honestly the best one I have ever had! It dries my hair really quickly and leaves it feeling smooth and shiny. Not to mention, it looks so pretty in the rose gold colour! The customer service was exceptional, they helped me pick out the perfect hairdryer for my hair type and were so lovely and helpful. Although the price was a bit steep, it was totally worth it for the quality. The delivery was incredibly fast, I received my hairdryer in just a few days and it was packaged beautifully.
