photograph everything, send tracked, and don't rely on instructions changing mid-process. The product itself was okay. The administration around it is poor. That surprised me, in a bad way. If you value straightforward returns and clear communication, I'd skip this company. Small hope: maybe they'll improve. But I doubt it, sadly enough.
Nicely made, worth the wait
Took a bit longer to arrive than I hoped (weather apparently played a part), but I got regular updates from customer service and they even offered a small discount for the delay. The ring finally arrived and it feels surprisingly solid for the price — not flimsy at all. The stones are larger than I imagined and catch the light well, so I’ve been wearing it most days. It’s comfortable on my finger, doesn’t snag on clothing, and adds a bit of polish to my everyday jeans-and-jumper look. If you need it fast, order earlier (I’d say give it at least 14 days), otherwise it’s a good buy and I’ll probably buy from them again.
Looks good, didn't last long
emails, answerphone messages, multiple complaints on their site, and all I got back was a half-reply confirming one minor comment. No proper response, no fix, and I paid about £500. Bit gutted, won’t risk buying from them again.
Pretty but far too small
it’s tiny, honestly more like a toddler’s ring. I’m a UK size 6 and couldn’t even get it on, tried wiggling and twisting it for ages. The butterflies are so small they mostly blend into the band, rather than standing out. So, pretty and well made but not wearable for me. I’ll keep it because the craftsmanship is decent and it looks sweet in the box, maybe pass it to someone with tiny feet. If they sold a larger fit I’d definitely buy again. Good delivery and look, but check the measurements first.
