I was searching for a specific hair product online and stumbled upon Gorgeous Shop offering it at half the price compared to the brand's website. Delayed order delivery
I am really let down with the service I've got from Gorgeous Shop. It's been more than a week since I ordered my item, and I still haven't got it. Even though I've sent quite a few emails with screenshots of my order confirmation, I haven't heard anything back or been given a reason for the delay. This lack of communication and taking responsibility is just not on.

The website was really easy to use and find what I was after. The stuff I bought was the real deal and a good bargain, especially with the discounts. The delivery was fast, and I was well chuffed with the service overall. I can't see why I'd want to shop anywhere else.

BC Bonacure Scalp Genesis
I wish I had read the reviews before making my purchase. Ordered an incorrect serum and have requested a return label on four occasions now. Just a simple replacement for the required serum was all that was needed but to date all of my requests have been ignored. Just cannot understand why Gorgeous Shop behave in such an appalling manner. Even a reply to say that they aren’t willing to accept a return would earn themselves a better reputation and I certainly would not recommend nor will I be making any more orders through them.
Redken hair products
Abysmal and frustrating experience overall, and I still haven't got my goods. I don't even know where to begin. Basically after contacting them to redirect my parcel via email and telephone, on several occasions they have!lost/not sent/misdelivered my parcel twice, I don't even know. This isn't the fault of Hermes, it is poor communication between customer services and their despatchers. I'll stick with Look Fantastic in future.
