I was coming out of a grim house move and needed a small pick-me-up — or so I said. Used loyalty points for a Pandora birthstone dangle (December) and, sceptical about the points taking ages, I braced for fuss. Ordering was straightforward enough, customer service answered a query by email within a day and actually sorted a minor address mix-up. Delivery arrived on time, well packaged. The charm looks like turquoise, bright but tasteful. Dryly put, I had low expectations and ended up properly satisfied.
Nice result, a bit of a faff
I first spotted the shop window on the high street and actually recommended it to my mum, so I booked a ring repair. They said a week, but it stretched to two weeks and I ended up chasing a few times — communication was poor, staff gave different updates each visit (frustrating). They finally sent the ring off and sorted it when I pushed, and the repaired ring is lovely. Not perfect, but decent service once someone picked up the phone.

Halfway through a quick visit I realised I always end up chatting with Zoe — she’s been brilliant. Advice spot-on, staff polite. Ordered a ring online once; click-and-collect was smooth and the parcel arrived when promised. Would recommend, though prices can be a touch high.
