Spotted this on my mate's Instagram, so I ordered — it hung in 'awaiting dispatch' for what felt like weeks. Customer chat sorted it and it arrived intact, so I'm relieved. Still, delivery was a drag but product was fine, happy it worked out.
Empty parcel blues
Sat here since January with no shirts — I ordered two, paid and was really excited, still nothing. I’ve messaged them loads and got zero reply, proper radio silence. Needed them for a work trip, was gutted. Delivery and customer service were useless, sadly.
