I bought a Samsung S20 phone from this company not long ago and honestly, it was a great experience. The whole process was really easy, from browsing their website to actually buying the phone. When I got the phone, it was in mint condition and it works like a charm, exactly how they described it. I was really impressed with how good the quality of the product was.

I bought a smartphone from Handtec that was exactly what I needed to upgrade from my old one. The price was really good and the phone was in perfect condition when it arrived. Even though it wasn't in a box, it was well wrapped in bubble wrap for protection. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Handtec to anyone in need of a new device.

2nd hand phone
I got a second-hand phone to replace my old one and it turned out to be much better than I thought it would be. The price was reasonable and the delivery was quick and on time. I will definitely be shopping here again!
iphone
I purchased a iPhone 8 Plus 16/02/24 which was faulty, would not turn on even after a 24h charge. sent back to exchange for 2nd iPhone.within 24h it started to freeze.i reset the phone but continued to freeze every day. Apple customer support confirmed software fault. i Reported fault 01/03/24 and was to return for refund. My very sick wife who is END OF LIFE was taken ill and in critical condition. I could not get home to post iPhone back until i returned home for a days rest on the 02/04/24.i kept seller fully updated with my situation, THEY SAID "POST WHEN YOU CAN". the iPhone was delivered to them on 04/04/24, tracking number QZ712669220GB.THEY NOW REFUSE TO REFUND US AND HAVE THE IPHONE I RETURNED. complete dishonesty, theft and fraudulent behaviour.

Phone condition description, fair pricing, quick delivery
I bought a phone from this company not long ago and I must say, I was really impressed with how accurately they described the phone's condition and the fair price they offered. The best part was the super speedy delivery the very next day. However, I was a bit let down by the packaging as it could have been better to protect the phone during transit.

I got a phone for my missus and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service and the phone itself. It was so good that I ended up getting one for myself the following week. The service and the quality of the product were both top-notch, and I must say, I am really pleased with my buys.
Next day delivery issue
I bought something online thinking it would arrive the next day because I paid for next day delivery. But I was let down when it didn't come on time. When I got in touch with customer service by email, they told me that orders don't go out on weekends, which I didn't know when I placed my order. It's frustrating when there's no clear communication, it made me feel like I had a bad experience as a customer. I hope they can do better and give more straightforward info on delivery options in the future.
Selling device experience
I would steer clear of Handtec for buying devices. Their process is slow, they don't give good offers, they don't communicate well, and their terms are always changing.
Fourth phone
I just received my fourth phone from Handtec and I absolutely love it! They always offer the best deals, the phone is in great condition, and it arrives super quickly, almost like magic! Huge thanks to Handtec once again!
Quick sale of my phone
I went with this company because a friend recommended them, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me a good price for my phone, and I was happy with the result. However, the emails they sent about my phone being locked after a factory reset were a bit direct and could have been worded more politely. That being said, the staff were really helpful and managed to sort out the problem for me. In the end, I'm satisfied with the service I got and the fact that I got paid for my phone.
Second-hand iPhone purchase
I recently bought my second iPhone from this company and I must say, I was really happy with the quality of the product. The phone was described as 'Excellent' and it truly was perfect. On top of that, the phone came in a used case which I can use as a spare when my daughter inevitably damages hers. I was pleasantly surprised to find a charging wire and a tool to open the sim drawer in the package, which I didn't expect but definitely appreciated. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and I will definitely think about buying second-hand phones from this company again in the future. The fast delivery was also a nice touch and meant I could start using my new phone straight away.

The device I bought after it was refurbished was in really good condition. The service I got was quick and efficient. The packaging was top-notch and I'm really pleased with how well my new phone is working after transferring all my data from my old one.

Selling old iPhone
I was a bit worried about selling my old iPhone, especially after seeing some bad reviews. But I have to admit, dealing with Handtec was really good. Even though my phone had a cracked back and a broken charger port, they offered me £130, which I thought was fair. I was really happy to get an email in the morning saying they got my phone, and by 6pm that same day, I had the full payment of £130 - not a penny less. I can't speak for everyone, but my own experience was definitely a good one.
Refurbished smartphone purchase
I bought a second-hand phone from this shop not long ago and I've got to say, I'm really impressed with how good it is. It came in great condition, no marks or scratches, and all the bits and pieces that were promised. The battery was still top-notch, so it felt like a new phone in my hand. I've been coming back to this shop for years now, and every time, I've been happy with what I've bought. I'd definitely tell others to check out this shop if they're after great second-hand electronics.
Bought a Pixel 7 Pro
Phone developed dead pixels within 2 months of purchase so I returned it as faulty as required.
I chased it up 2 weeks later and they confirmed the engineer would look at it soon.
24 days after sending it back I finally have an email reply:
Engineers Report:
The device has been dropped and therefore this line has come.
The phone has internal damage which can result in a line on display.
Internal damage can come from a pressure exertion or phine drop.
