I have to admit, I was a bit sceptical when I first ordered some ski gloves. After reading a few reviews, I was worried that my order might not arrive on time or that the quality might not be great. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. I couldn't find the size and colour I wanted in the UK, so I chose expedited shipping. I received confirmation and tracking information the very next day, and my gloves arrived even earlier than expected. The quality of the gloves was exceptional, especially for the price. Although the customer service helpline is in German, I wouldn't let that put you off ordering from this company. Overall, it was a completely perfect experience.
Baseball cap and beanie
I recently got my hands on the baseball cap and beanie that I ordered from your website, and I must say they arrived punctually and in tip-top condition. The quality is top-notch, and they fit like a dream. However, I hit a snag when I tried to keep tabs on my order. I wasn't sure about buying from this company at first because of a few bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go since they had exactly what I wanted. I ordered on May 12th and was really pleased to get it by May 20th, especially since it was being sent from abroad. The communication was great the whole way through, and it was a nice surprise that all the import taxes were already included in the price. The cap is really good quality and fits perfectly. I don't get why there were bad reviews, my experience was really positive.

Hat box for wedding
I bought a hat box for a wedding I'm going to overseas. The box itself is really good quality and just what I wanted. But, the delivery was a let-down. Even though they said it would arrive at a certain time, it actually came much later than expected. The lack of communication and accurate tracking info just made it even more frustrating. It's worth mentioning that this company isn't in the UK, which is why the delivery was late.
Small hat order
I bought a hat that turned out to be way too small, even though I measured my head. I sent it back to get a larger size but haven't heard anything since. I've tried emailing and calling but haven't received a response. It's really annoying!

I bought a Straw Panama Hat from Hatshopping recently and I was really happy with how good the hat was. It was well-made and looked really stylish, just what I wanted. But, I did have a few problems with the customer service I got from the company.
Delayed delivery and poor customer service
This company is a complete joke! They give you delivery estimates that are totally unrealistic, and when your order doesn't show up when they say it will, you have to keep pestering them to get your money back. And even when you manage to get a refund, they somehow still mess it up. To make matters worse, my item arrived weeks later than they promised, and instead of saying sorry, they actually had the nerve to ask me to send it back at my own cost or even buy it despite not needing it anymore. Steer clear of this company at all costs!
Overpriced hat
Don't bother spending your money on this hat shop, it's not worth it. The hat I bought took ages to arrive because they use some slow delivery service. I sent them lots of emails asking about it, but got no reply. Their customer service is terrible. Save yourself the trouble and try shopping somewhere else.
Fedora hat
I bought a fedora hat from this store, and it was okay quality-wise, but unfortunately, I had to return it. The hat itself was fine, but the whole experience was disappointing. The return process wasn't very customer-friendly because I didn't get a refund for the original postage, and I had to pay for the returns label. To make matters worse, I found out that the store isn't actually in the UK, so my order took over two weeks to arrive. It was frustrating because buyer protection only lasts for one week, which had already expired by the time I received the item. In general, I wouldn't recommend shopping here because the hassle isn't worth it.

I bought three hats that I saw online and I was really looking forward to receiving them. But then everything started going downhill. And when I tried reaching out to them for assistance, no one responded to my emails or phone calls. It was so annoying! I had to bring in PayPal to help me get a refund. The customer service was absolutely awful, and I definitely won't be shopping there again.

I'm never shopping here again! This company is a complete scam. There's zero customer service, the phone number doesn't work, and they totally ignore emails. They just take your money and disappear, sending fake shipment emails and automated order confirmations. Don't trust those 5-star reviews, they're all fake!
International order
I ordered something from this company for an international delivery, but I got a bit annoyed because there weren't many updates on the tracking info at first. It took more than a week before any progress was shown, and when I got in touch with customer service, they weren't very reassuring. I started worrying that I might not get my order at all. After nearly two weeks of waiting, my order finally arrived. I know that international shipping can be slow, but I wish they had communicated more clearly about possible delays.
