Order cancelled without explanation
I'm really disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. I placed my order back in March, but it was suddenly cancelled two days ago without any explanation. It seems like they have a history of taking people's money and not delivering on their promises.
Skateboard deck
I recently bought a skateboard deck from this shop, but I had some problems with my order. I tried getting in touch with their customer service a few times, but I couldn't reach anyone for help. It looks like the company might be going through some financial difficulties, which is worrying for customers. I'd recommend being careful if you're thinking about buying anything from them.
Clothing items
I bought some clothes from this shop not too long ago. It did take a bit longer than I thought to get them, but when they finally arrived, they were spot on. The quality was really good and just like they said it would be on the website. I'm happy with what I got and I'll definitely think about getting more stuff from them in the future.
Vans T-shirt and Animal T-shirt
I bought a Vans T-shirt and an Animal T-shirt from the shop the other day. Turns out, the sizes were all over the place. The Vans one, in large, was massive, but the Animal one in the same size fit just right. Got in touch with customer service, and apparently, this is a known problem with Vans stuff. Would have been nice to know before I bought it.
Variety of unique items
Urban Surfer has a great selection of products that you won't find easily anywhere else, which makes it a top choice for those after something a bit special. The range of items they offer is really impressive, giving customers loads of options to match their tastes and preferences. I like that Urban Surfer gives me more choice to explore new brands and styles I might not have found otherwise. The staff are brilliant, always ready to help and super friendly, going out of their way to assist customers. On top of that, the delivery service is top-notch, super speedy and efficient, making sure my orders arrive quickly and in perfect condition. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience at Urban Surfer and would definitely recommend it to others on the hunt for unique, high-quality products.
Skateboard purchase
I got this amazing skateboard from Urban Surfer and it came really quickly after I ordered it. The only downside is that Royal Mail is always late in my area, but I've found EVRI to be more reliable now.
Shoes cancelled but still shipped
I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I asked them to cancel my order because the item looked different in the picture and they didn't have the colour of shoe I wanted. They still took my money and sent the order anyway. When I got in touch to complain, they said they never got my email, which was annoying because I knew I had proof I sent it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company as they didn't listen to what I wanted and lied about what they did.
Skateboard and Hoodie
So I thought it would be super easy to order a skateboard and a hoodie for my birthday, right? Well, turns out, it wasn't! I placed my order on Thursday before 4 pm, thinking it would come the very next day, but it actually arrived on Monday! I even emailed them on Friday at 4 pm to check on my order, as it was a birthday gift. They only replied on Monday! It turns out they sent it using 2nd class tracked mail, which Royal Mail says takes 2-3 days. Not cool, mate. I'm grateful for the delivery refund, but my wife ended up without a present on her birthday. Definitely not the best shopping experience, that's for sure.

I got these really cool Flip Flops but they got squished on the way to Australia. I got in touch with Urban Surfer and they were really quick to offer me a discount or a new pair. I decided to go for a new pair and when they arrived, they were perfect! The folks at Urban Surfer were so friendly and helpful. They're absolutely fantastic! Top-notch customer service. I would definitely give them 5 stars all the way!
Online shoe purchase
I ordered some shoes online and they arrived really quickly, like the very next day! But when I opened the box, I was so disappointed because the shoes did not look like the ones in the picture on the website. Can you believe it?! They said it was the correct shoe, but after searching on other websites, I found the exact shoe I was looking for. And guess what, it's not even listed on their site! That's just not right, mate.
Amazing facilities and equally amazing staff
I absolutely loved the customer service I received at Urban Surfer! The staff were so polite, really helpful and always cheerful, which made my shopping trip there very enjoyable. The shop itself was fantastic, with top-quality facilities, and I was really impressed by the amazing products they had in stock. Overall, it was a brilliant shopping experience!
Skateboard shoes
I bought a pair of skateboard shoes from this company recently and it was a nightmare. They not only took my money but also, it seems, they have gone bankrupt. How can they still be taking money from people when they are in such a bad situation? It's terrible. I checked on Companies House and saw they are still trading under a different name. This is fraud and deception. I suggest everyone steer clear of this company and be careful in any dealings with them.
Customer service, pricing, delivery outside UK
I recently bought some stuff from Urban Surfer and I have to say, I was really happy with their customer service. The prices were good too, and they delivered my order to an international location outside of the UK very quickly. The staff were really helpful and knew their stuff, which made it easier for me to choose what I wanted to buy. The prices were also pretty good compared to other similar shops I had looked at. Plus, the delivery time was quicker than I expected for an international shipment. Overall, I would definitely recommend Urban Surfer to anyone looking for good quality products, great customer service, good prices, and fast delivery.

I recently bought a skateboard from this company, and honestly, I'm really let down by the service I've got. They took my money straight away, but it's been 4 days now and my order still hasn't been sent out. What's worse is they're not replying to any of my messages asking about the order. I think this lack of communication and slow shipping is just not on and shows they're not giving good customer service.
Skateboard
I bought a skateboard from this company on the 19th of April and it has been a total nightmare. They took my payment straight away, but as of today, the 28th of May, I still haven't received the skateboard. I've sent lots of emails and even left voicemails, but UrbanSurfer has completely stopped responding to me. The only message I got was to check with my local post office, which I did, and they didn't have anything for me. Since then, they've just been ignoring all my attempts to get in touch. It's been a really bad experience and I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there. I had to get my credit card company involved to start a dispute and get my money back. Their service is absolutely awful!
Trainers order for trip
I recently bought a pair of trainers for an upcoming trip. I chose to buy them from this shop because they had a deal that made the trainers cheaper than other popular stores. Unfortunately, I received an email saying they had sold out of the trainers I wanted. It was bad timing because I needed them for the trip that weekend. So, I ended up not having the trainers I needed and had to go without them. I won't be buying from this shop again and wouldn't suggest their services to others. They really need to improve how they manage their stock.
