I bought some clothes and accessories from your shop not long ago, and I have to say I was quite let down by the whole thing. The order I got was lacking quite a few things that were apparently out of stock or not being sold anymore, but I wasn't told about this before it was sent out to me. On top of that, one of the cuff links that did show up was broken, which was really disappointing. And to add insult to injury, the shipping charge for what I did get was way too much, costing more than the stuff I actually received. I think the shipping cost should've been adjusted to match what I actually ended up with.
