Wrong model, awkward returns, very tedious 17 March 2026

they refused to send a prepaid return label before dispatching the correct pair. I asked for the usual prepaid label so I wouldn't be stuck having to organise and front return costs (and risk), mentioned that Amazon and others do this all the time, even sent a photo of my FedEx packing slip showing dimensions and weight, but they stayed firm — “not possible”, no explanation. Their remedy was to offer the price difference and let me keep the wrong, inferior headphones; I said no. Asking me to post the Sundaras at my expense with vague return details (no street, no postcode initially) meant I had to hunt down an address just to print a label. They also suggested declaring a minimal value for the return, which felt like dodgy double standards given how they shipped it. So my original doubts about reliability weren’t really eased — if anything they were amplified by poor customer handling and a few unnecessary hoops. Emotionally it’s just tiring rather than enraging; I want the gear I paid for or a straightforward return without me taking the hit. Practical, plain and simple: better systems needed, or don’t sell something you can’t own up to fixing properly.
