I needed a decent raincoat for the school run after my old one started leaking, so I gave this a go. Ordering was easy enough, but the delivery side has been really poor. It was meant to be in stock by late November, then customer service said it would leave that week. December passed, then most of January. I asked for a refund and heard nothing useful back. Honestly, it’s been pretty disappointing.

Halfway to nursery in proper sideways rain, my daughter suddenly decided she loved wet weather. We needed a decent coat after her old one leaked at the sleeves, and this one feels light but keeps her dry. It’s a touch roomy on her, though that actually works with jumpers underneath. The colours are even nicer in person, which caught me off guard. She calls it her “puddle coat” and refuses to take it off.
