    I bought an Early Fun Wooden Picnic Table/Sandpit for my grandson's second birthday recently. The product arrived quickly and was packaged well. When I put it together, I had a problem with the table top not fitting properly because some parts were slightly warped. I got in touch with customer service, sent a video showing the issue, and they quickly sent me replacement parts. I want to say a big thank you to Maks for dealing with it so quickly. I think my grandson will have lots of fun playing with this outdoor toy.

    Trampoline order

    I recently decided to buy a trampoline from this company, and what a nightmare it turned out to be when it came to getting it delivered. After placing my order, I was told it would arrive within a couple of days, but no specific delivery time was provided. Upon contacting the company for more information, I was informed of a delay and was advised to expect delivery the following week. However, that date came and went without any update, so I had to reach out again only to find out that the trampoline would actually be delayed by another two weeks! This was completely unacceptable and very frustrating. The only upside was that their customer service was easily accessible, but the lack of communication was truly astonishing. In the end, I decided to cancel my order and bought the same trampoline from a different retailer at the same price – I'm willing to bet it will arrive on time as promised.

    I bought the Samba 12ft x 6ft Trainer Football Goal from the website not long ago. It was a bit disappointing because I never got any confirmation or updates on delivery after I paid. The lack of communication left me totally in the dark about what was going on with my order, which was pretty frustrating. Even when I tried to get in touch through the online chat, it didn't really help me much. And to top it off, there wasn't even a contact number to call for help, which made things even harder to sort out quickly. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the service, and now I'm not sure if my product will arrive or if I'll get a refund. This whole thing has made me think twice about using the website again in the future.

    Outdoor bench with tap and sand pit

    I got this outdoor bench with tap and sand pit at the store, but when we tried to fix it up, we found out the tap was broken. I was really annoyed, but I thought I should get in touch with customer service to see if they could sort it out. I sent them a photo of the broken tap, and they got back to me quickly by sending a replacement. I was happy with how fast they handled it, but it was a shame the tap was broken to begin with. Anyway, I'm satisfied with the product and the service I got in the end.

    I made a little mistake by using my address instead of my granddaughter's for the delivery of the climbing frame, swing, slide, monkey rail set. Luckily, I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a great guy named Maks. He was really helpful and quickly changed the delivery address for me. Maks even sent me a confirmation email to make sure everything was sorted. I've been a loyal customer of these toys for ages.     Trike parent handle issue

    We bought a trike and the parent handle was a bit rubbish, made of cheap plastic that broke easily. When we got in touch with customer service, they weren't up for replacing it as we were out of warranty. They even asked for photos of the handle before rejecting our claim, which seems like they knew about the problem. It's annoying to fork out for something that doesn't last and even more annoying when the company won't back their dodgy products. Better give your parent handle a look before your warranty runs out, just in case you need a replacement.

    Tp Trike with handle

    I purchased this product from Tesco and gave it to my son for my small grandchild. On assembling it 1 crucial part was missing.I In spoke to them through the robotic service was was so disappointed with them. Because I bought it in a sale, they weren’t really interested in helping me I feel. I asked if I could purchase the part I need. It was £14.99 plus £4.99 postage which is rediculous.I will not pay almost £20 for a part that should have been in the box. I may as well put the product straight in the bin. So unhelpful.I will never buy another one of your products. I have a very very large family and have 80 young children in the whole family and will warn them not to purchase any of your products. All I wanted was something nice for my grandson.
