the bolt spun and the nut inside turned with it, so I couldn’t get it out. Annoying for the price, I won’t lie. What surprised me, though, was customer service — I emailed, sent photos, they replied almost straight away, confirmed address and two days later the replacement steps arrived. Fits perfectly, feels solid now and the kids are happy. A bit of a bother to start with, but the build and that rapid aftercare turned it into a proper win in the end.
Not worth the money
I wouldn’t buy this again. It looks tidy in photos but in use it’s underwhelming. Bought it as a present for my little ones and after just over a week the paint has started to flake and there’s surface rust in a couple of joints. The main problem is the fit of the tubes — the bottom legs wobble inside the upper frame even with the bolts as tight as they’ll go, so when the kids swing the whole top section pivots a bit on the joint. It feels like they skimped on tolerances; I was half expecting sleeves or shims to be needed. Assembly was straightforward enough but the result isn’t robust. I’ve had metal play equipment from other suppliers that tolerated far more use without this sort of movement. If you want something that lasts, pay a bit more and get heavier-gauge tubing or better-fitted connectors. For casual use it’s fine, but for regular play it won’t inspire confidence.
Late delivery, but I'll still be out of pocket
why charge a premium at all? They did say they’d refund the delivery upgrade, which I guess is something, but then they want to charge me almost ten quid to send it back. So I end up with either a useless cushion for the weekend or a bill because of their slip-up. Customer service was a bit stunted, messages felt like they were straight from a script and it took ages to get a sensible reply; polite enough but not willing to own the mistake. The delivery firm also didn’t help — tracking was vague and updates were slow. All told it worked out in the end, sort of: the product itself seems fine, but the whole process left a sour taste. Not the worst experience I’ve had, but certainly not acceptable when you pay extra for a promise that isn’t kept.
Early Fun Wooden Picnic Table/Sandpit for grandson's birthday
I bought an Early Fun Wooden Picnic Table/Sandpit for my grandson's second birthday recently. The product arrived quickly and was packaged well. When I put it together, I had a problem with the table top not fitting properly because some parts were slightly warped. I got in touch with customer service, sent a video showing the issue, and they quickly sent me replacement parts. I want to say a big thank you to Maks for dealing with it so quickly. I think my grandson will have lots of fun playing with this outdoor toy.
4.5ft Junior Trampoline
Ideal for our little one who's 2 years old, simple to get to, a breeze to put together with sturdy bouncy springs. Top-notch service, fantastic communication, and delivery right on schedule. I would definitely recommend!
Swing frame purchase with missing bolt
I bought a swing frame from you guys at the start of May, but it came with a missing bolt. I've reached out to customer service a few times, but still haven't got the missing part. So now I've got a swing frame that's not safe to use, which is really disappointing and annoying.

Trampoline order

In the end, I decided to cancel my order and bought the same trampoline from a different retailer at the same price – I'm willing to bet it will arrive on time as promised.

I bought the Samba 12ft x 6ft Trainer Football Goal from the website not long ago. It was a bit disappointing because I never got any confirmation or updates on delivery after I paid. I got this outdoor bench with tap and sand pit at the store, but when we tried to fix it up, we found out the tap was broken. I pre-ordered a swingball set from this place, and honestly, I'm really let down. I've paid for it, but where is it? I've sent loads of emails and got no response at all.
