Felt solid and compact, belt runs smoothly and very easy — plug in and go; slightly narrower than thought, but overall pleased after worse buys.

Noisy little helper
I saw this at my mate's flat and bought one — then passed the tip to another friend. It's great for sneaking in a few extra calories while I scroll through TikTok, and the tracker actually helped me lose a couple of pounds. Downside is the noise — proper clunks upstairs that annoyed the neighbour, so now I stick it in the kitchen. Not perfect, repeats a bit, but good value and it does the job. Odd little habit, like a clumsy roommate; I still recommend it though, these days.
Arrived on time
I bought something the other day and was happy that it arrived on time. The packaging was good, and the instructions for putting it together were easy to follow. Although I would have preferred bigger diagrams. It was quite simple to build and the equipment itself seems well-made. It can be adjusted to fit different room sizes too which is handy.
easy website, fast delivery, missing part
The website was really straightforward to use and got my order super quickly, but then I noticed the seat back for my bench was missing. I filled out a form and sent in some pictures, but I've not heard anything back yet. Not cool!
Late delivery, communication issues
I got my order later than I thought, the delivery guy turned up at 6.18pm just as I was leaving for work. I couldn't get in touch with them because they only seem to do emails. When I got back home the next day, the package was missing, which really bummed me out and made me feel like I'd wasted my time. So, I'm asking for a refund now because I never actually got that bike I paid for.
