happy shopping experience from Leyton
I was gaining some kind of funny weight and I know I needed to do something immediately about it. I rarely have time for workouts due to the nature of my job so I opted to get a treadmill, that I can use at home. I looked up online where I could get one that is of high quality and affordable too. After much consideration, I decided to shop from Home fitness code. I ordered a treadmill and exercise bike. within a few days, they were delivered to me and it was exactly what I wanted. I am happy with their products and will shop from them again whenever I need anything else that they sell. I recommend Home fitness code to anyone looking to buy quality home fitness equipment.
Treadmill purchase
I recently bought a treadmill from Home Fitness Code and have used it for about an hour. The treadmill seems to be good quality, but I can't really compare it to other gym equipment as I haven't used any before. One thing that was a bit disappointing about the purchase was the lack of helpful information or instructions that came with the treadmill. As a customer, I think it's really important for products to come with detailed instructions so you can get the most out of them and use them safely. Although the treadmill itself seems to be working fine, I still think it would have been better to have more guidance on how to set it up and use it properly.
Compact home gym equipment
I recently bought some home gym equipment from this company and it was just what I was after. It was a doddle to put together and fits perfectly in my cramped flat. The only thing I reckon could be better is if they offered an installation service for bigger bits and bobs, it would make things even easier. I recently bought some adjustable dumbbells from this company and I was really impressed with the quality - they were exactly what I wanted. Ordering them was a breeze, super simple and straightforward, and I managed to find exactly what I needed with ease. The customer service team were also really helpful when I had a question about the product specifications. However, the only downside for me was the delivery of the dumbbells - they arrived a few days later than I was initially told, which was a bit annoying. Despite that hiccup, I'm mostly happy with my purchase and wouldn't rule out buying from this company again in the future.
Arrived on time
I bought something the other day and was happy that it arrived on time. The packaging was good, and the instructions for putting it together were easy to follow. Although I would have preferred bigger diagrams. It was quite simple to build and the equipment itself seems well-made. It can be adjusted to fit different room sizes too which is handy.
easy website, fast delivery, missing part
The website was really straightforward to use and got my order super quickly, but then I noticed the seat back for my bench was missing. I filled out a form and sent in some pictures, but I've not heard anything back yet. Not cool!
Treadmill purchase
The treadmill I bought was nearly spot on, but it had one little problem. I really like it because it's simple to put together, easy to use, has a good price and runs perfectly. However, the only thing bothering me is that I can't see a summary of my run after I finish. When I hit stop, everything disappears except the speed. If I could see a summary (unless I can but I just don't know how) then this would definitely be a 5-star product all the way.
Exercise bike
I recently got this really cool exercise bike from Home Fitness Code and I have to say, it's absolutely awesome! It arrived right on time and was surprisingly easy to assemble. I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it is considering the price. When I use it, it's super quiet and smooth, and the display is really easy to read. I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone in need of an exercise bike.

Late delivery, communication issues
I got my order later than I thought, the delivery guy turned up at 6.18pm just as I was leaving for work. I couldn't get in touch with them because they only seem to do emails. When I got back home the next day, the package was missing, which really bummed me out and made me feel like I'd wasted my time. So, I'm asking for a refund now because I never actually got that bike I paid for.

Faulty Treadmill
I bought a treadmill, but it broke after a few months. It was pretty dangerous. I got in touch with the company, and they told me to try and fix it. I wasn't happy about that. Plus, there was always a weird smell of burning rubber after using it. I'm not impressed with their customer service at all.
Exercise bike purchase
The delivery was really quick, which was good, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the exercise bike I bought. The seat is not comfortable at all, and when I use the bike, it makes strange noises which makes me think it might break. Also, I've had problems with screws getting loose and needing to be tightened regularly.

2 treadmills with one missing handrail
I bought two treadmills not long ago, and I had a problem with one of them missing a handrail. So, I got in touch with customer service through email to sort it out. Sadly, the response I received was not very helpful. Even though the handrail can actually be taken off, they insisted it couldn't and wouldn't help me at all. They accused me of being lazy and incompetent. It was really annoying and disappointing that they wouldn't fix such a simple issue for a customer who had just spent a lot of money with them.
