I spotted this on a mate's flat, was sceptical but ordered — updates every week, arrived in six weeks, looks and feels lush, proper comfy.
Sofas
Couldnt get a delivery into a empty room without damaging the property and then abusive to my wife. Nothing we can do say honeypot.
Send the driver back and i will teach him how to talk to women properly and handle furniture in a customers home disrespectful arrogant pig.Nice to look at, agony to sit
Sat on it first night, remembering my doubts — neck and back pain made me order it. Looks smart and service was ace, but it's rock‑hard, sadly still unusable.
Budget bits that work
Picked up a couple of budget chairs and a small table — feels surprisingly sturdy, a bit plasticky at the edges but fine for daily use. Delivery team were polite and fixes were quick.
Evening epiphany
I had that moment last week when I sat down with a mug and realised it just works. Firepit warms evenings, kids love it, cover arrived late but fixed fast. Properly pleased.
Pretty solid buy
Overall, I’d recommend it — sofa’s great but not perfect. I saw it in the showroom and told a mate to try it too. Delivery was spot on and the guys were helpful, though a tiny scuff turned up and customer service sorted it quickly. Proper comfy.
Came together nicely
I knew I was happy the first evening I collapsed on the sofa after a long day. It looks smart and actually feels like home. Delivery lads were fast but careful. We use it for telly nights and weekend naps. Proper comfy — made family evenings nicer now.
Gone-soft cushions
Halfway through I remember wondering why the seat felt so hollow — saw the sofa in the showroom after a mate suggested it. The frame looks sturdy but the filling has collapsed and it sinks now, not comfortable anymore. Customer service was pretty indifferent when I called; a real shame after saving up for ages, a bit annoyed really.
Looks great, too firm
Sat down for a film and realised straight away it's much firmer than you'd expect from a sofa. Delivery was ridiculously quick, and it looks great in the flat, I'll give it that, but daily lounging and naps are not comfy. Wish I'd tried it first — I'd probably have skipped buying, honestly.
That moment I knew
Woke up the morning after delivery and sat down with a cup of tea — that’s when I knew it was right. Had waited a couple of weeks from ordering and they’d kept me updated. The delivery team popped it together quick, placed the L‑shape, armchair and footstool exactly where I wanted. We use them for film nights and working from home, comfy, great quality, glad I chose these.
Nearly walked away
hidden storage, a pull-out bed that fits my brother, and it makes our lounge film-night central. Delivery was annoyingly precise (in a good way), drivers were polite and set it up, so my doubts melted. I use it daily for tea, telly and odd overnight guests.
Properly chuffed with the sofa
Honestly, I'm really chuffed with our new sofa — best decision. We hadn't heard of them so we drove to the showroom and that made all the difference. The salesperson was brilliant, walked us through fabrics and sizes, answered all our daft questions and didn't rush us. Delivery arrived spot on time, the crew were polite and they even popped it into place for us. Feels like good value and I'm genuinely pleased. If you're unsure, go and see it yourself — take a tape measure.
the price-match that wasn't
So there I was picturing cosy evenings on a new sofa listed at £1,800, then I find the exact same one elsewhere for £1,200 and think, job done — price match time. I sent the request, crickets for two days, then an email saying they can’t match it because it’s “not an approved supplier”. Weird, it’s literally the same sofa and a proper company on Companies House. Felt like the whole guarantee was a bit of theatre. Oddly though, the sofa itself is brilliant — proper comfy for telly and impromptu naps, even my WFH set-up works on it — and the delivery team were surprisingly friendly and efficient. Customer service let it down, but delivery and the product were a nice surprise.
Colour clash, awkward to live with
I was halfway through unwrapping the cushions when it hit me — the footstool definitely matched the pictures I’d seen, the sofa didn’t. A mate had spotted this style online and sent me the link, so I ordered the Azzuro sofa bed and footstool in what was advertised as mocha. Seven weeks later they turned up and the footstool is a warm mocha, lovely texture, sits nicely under my feet. The sofa though is a cool silver/grey, feels the same fabric but the room looks off, and it just doesn’t sit right with the footstool. It’s awkward to use together — I keep checking it, moving cushions, trying to make it look intentional. I’ve been waiting on their resolution for days; they admitted the colours differ and offered £70 to keep both, or a return/swap that sounds like a hassle. The sofa itself is comfy enough as a bed, the fabric feels decent, the footstool is sturdy, but the mismatch ruins the vibe. Bit disappointed and tired of back-and-forth emails, hoping they sort a fair solution without me hauling a sofa about.

New sofa - amazing staff!
I had a bit of a situation with my sofa, but the staff were absolutely brilliant. They couldn't get the first one I chose, so they helped me switch it up and I got this inc... Read onBy: anthony
