Sofa purchase
I recently bought a sofa from this furniture shop, and I have to say their customer service really impressed me. Unfortunately, the sofa I got turned out to be faulty. But when I got in touch with the customer service team, they were quick to respond and sent a new part to fix it. Even though the replacement part didn't solve the issue, the store team was very sorry and did everything possible to make sure I was happy. They made arrangements to collect my faulty sofa and replaced it with a new one that I picked out. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and the great service I got all along. Fatima, especially, was brilliant - she kept me updated and sorted out all the details. I love my new sofa and am so grateful for the amazing customer service from this store.
Bentley corner sofa
I had my Bentley corner sofa delivered today and I have to say, the delivery men were really friendly. I was a bit surprised at first because the sofa came with a full back instead of the scatter back that was shown in the advertisement, but honestly, it doesn't bother me much. If a full back was an option, I probably would have gone for that anyway, especially with my lively 5-year-old who enjoys throwing cushions around. Despite this small mix-up, I'm really pleased with my sofa. It's comfy, the seats are well filled and nice and firm, just the way I like it. Stephen, who I've been in touch with, has been really nice too, always responding to my questions quickly and effectively.
Leather sofa purchase
I just bought a 3 + 2 leather sofa from this company and I've got to say, I'm really happy with it. There was a little delay in getting it delivered at first because they were out of stock, but they let me know straight away and offered to bring it later. Surprisingly, the sofas turned up before the new delivery date. The delivery guys were quick and professional, set up the sofas and put them exactly where I wanted. Overall, the service from this company was fab; from ordering to delivery, they looked after me well. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for great furniture and service.
Large sofa purchase
I recently bought a big sofa from this furniture store and I was really impressed by the whole experience. The delivery team were really professional and quick, they managed to get the sofa through a tight space without causing any damage. Both my partner and I have ongoing pain issues, and we found the sofa to be really comfy and supportive, which meant we could sit on it for ages without any pain. The only downside was that the delivery team didn't take the recyclable packaging with them, even though we had told them about it beforehand, so it wasn't a big problem.

The sofa started showing signs of wear and tear after just a few months, which is pretty disappointing. When a technician came to check it out, he said everything was fine, even though it was clear there were issues with the cushioning. The report he sent to the store completely contradicted what he told me in person. It's just not on for a brand new sofa to fall apart so quickly - sitting on it now feels like sitting on a wooden plank. I'm really unhappy with the quality of the sofa and the lack of support from the store.

I recently purchased a new sofa from this furniture shop and everything seemed great at first, but less than 3 months later, a huge tear suddenly appeared. I was completely shocked! On top of that, the delivery team managed to scratch my wooden floor when bringing it in. Not cool at all. When I raised these issues, they only offered me a £100 refund for a £2,500 sofa. Can you believe it? And to make matters worse, the customer service was really rude about the whole situation.
