Natural fragrance purchase
I absolutely love the natural products from Horace. The fragrance is so unique, like a blend of tropical woodland and botanical garden that really comes alive on your skin. I popped into a shop in the Marais district of Paris just before Christmas, and honestly, even though my French isn't great, the staff there were so friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a face cleanser, mattifying cream, and firming gel, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how good they are. They work really well and are priced fairly too. I can't wait to try out more stuff from this brand in the future.

I bought a new perfume from your shop not long ago, but I couldn't really smell it on myself. But, I have to say, I was really impressed with the great service I got from a guy called Theau. He actually sent me another perfume for free as a replacement, which was a really kind thing to do. I think your customer service is top-notch, your products are great quality, and your team is really professional. The newsletters you send out are a bit much, but I do enjoy the interesting stuff they talk about.
