I recently bought some men's grooming products from this company and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality. The roll-on deodorant, hair wax pomade, and face moisturiser were all top-notch and made me feel fresh and confident. They have a lovely natural scent which I really like, and they feel really gentle on my skin. I can't wait to try more products from this range in the future.
Purifying face cleanser and mattifying face moisturiser purchase
I've been struggling with dry skin for ages now, so I thought I'd give this brand a go. The packaging and ingredients are good quality, but I felt the products were a bit too pricey and not really effective enough for what you pay. Even after using them every day for 2 months, my skin hasn't shown much improvement. Plus, I wasn't a fan of the scents - they kind of reminded me of medicine. The face cleanser did make me feel clean, but left my skin a bit dry. And the moisturiser felt nice and fresh, but didn't give me enough hydration in extreme weather. Overall, I think I'd rather spend my money on other brands that are cheaper and work better for me.

Having recently become a customer of the two-month-old boutique in Bordeaux, I must say I have been really impressed with the products I found there. I have nothing but praise for the brand. I bought a new perfume from your shop not long ago, but I couldn't really smell it on myself. But, I have to say, I was really impressed with the great service I got from a guy called Theau. He actually sent me another perfume for free as a replacement, which was a really kind thing to do. I think your customer service is top-notch, your products are great quality, and your team is really professional. The newsletters you send out are a bit much, but I do enjoy the interesting stuff they talk about.

As a bloke in my late 50s, I've had a bit of a struggle finding decent skincare products for men that actually work. A lot of the big brand names out there just don't cut it for me. I had a really bad time at the shop. The manager, Orane, was so rude and not professional at all. He didn't give me the 20% discount that was promised when I called beforehand, and he seemed to judge me just based on how I looked. The staff didn't even offer the skincare treatments that were supposed to be available according to their website. Another customer also had problems with being charged too much and had to wait ages for a refund. All in all, my first trip to the store was just awful.
