Earrings replacement
I had a really nice experience with Hot Diamonds. I bought a pair of earrings that were lovely but unfortunately one of them had a problem. I got in touch with customer service and spoke to a lady named Agnes who was very helpful. She sorted out a replacement for me, although it took a bit longer than expected because of delays caused by Covid. Agnes told me that the original design I had chosen was no longer available. However, I was able to pick another design that was just as beautiful. Even though it was a little bit of a hassle, I was really happy with the customer service I received from Agnes and the company in general. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Jewellery
I am a strong fan of jewellery and have bought a number to prove my position. How I didn't know about Hot Diamonds is what I can't tell until a friend introduced the company to me, advising whenever I need jewellery and particularly diamond jewellery, I should check out their store. I didn't wait until I wanted to buy but started checking the site immediately. I got caught up by the beautiful jewellery I met in their online shop. Who else wouldn't want to give an immediate trial? Of course I did and I totally enjoyed the first order as delivered to me. Since then, I have been sticking to buying jewellery from Hot Diamonds with no regret till date.
Necklace purchase with chain issue
I bought a necklace recently and unfortunately, the chain broke after wearing it only twice. There was a small kink in the chain which caused this issue. Since the store didn't have any in stock, I contacted customer service directly. I was really happy with how quickly they responded. They sent out a replacement chain straight away and it arrived in just 3 days. The customer service I received was honestly amazing - more companies should aim to provide this level of support. I'm a loyal customer of this brand and I already own several pieces that I'm really pleased with. I would definitely recommend their products.
Diamond earrings
I bought a lovely pair of diamond earrings from this shop and I have to say I'm really impressed with how good they are. The earrings were packaged really well, so they didn't get damaged during delivery. They arrived quickly, much faster than I thought they would. Recent website login issue
I've been using this company for quite a while now and I've always liked their products and how easy it is to order online. But, I recently had a bit of trouble logging into my account. I tried to reset my password a few times but I never got any emails about it. I got a bit annoyed with this problem so I went on the website to contact customer service, but I didn't hear back from them at all. It's a shame to see such a trusted brand not being very good at keeping in touch and sorting out issues.
Pretty earrings
I hardly ever buy things online but I already have a bracelet from this collection. The earrings were packaged so nicely, like a proper little gift! It felt like someone put real thought into packing it. It was really lovely!
Christmas gifts purchase
Christmas disappointments strike again. I had placed an order for some Christmas presents and had been eagerly looking forward to their arrival. The website had promised quick dispatch, but when I phoned to enquire about my order, I was informed that they hadn't kept track of their stock levels accurately. How unprofessional! They accepted orders for items they didn't actually have in stock, resulting in my order being cancelled. Now I'm scrambling to find last-minute replacements in time for the festive season, as it seems unlikely that many online stores will be able to deliver on time. It's so frustrating, especially since I had finished my Christmas shopping early, only to be let down so badly. It was my first time shopping with them, and based on this experience, I can definitely say it will be my last.
Order for jewellery
I bought some jewellery not long ago and was hoping for it to arrive quickly, but it's been more than three weeks now and I still haven't got it. I contacted customer service for help, and even though they said it would arrive the next day, it's been over ten days and nothing has turned up. On top of that, one of the items I ordered is now out of stock, which has made me even more disappointed. The lack of updates and not meeting the delivery promises has left me feeling really unhappy with the service overall.
