send it back and we’ll replace it. Which is fair, except their terms say they may send a refurbished unit for replacements, so there’s no real guarantee the next one would be any nicer. That rubbed me up the wrong way, especially since they also claimed the “damage” might have happened during warehouse testing. Seems odd: they inspect returns but not new outgoing stock? I’ve had smoother experiences with other sellers where new meant new, no caveats. On the plus side, the unit itself does the job — jump-starts fine, battery seems solid — so I’m relieved it works. Still, I’d prefer clearer policies and better quality control. I’m glad it’s usable, but I wouldn’t rush to buy again without checking reviews first.
Drawer surprise — solid chargers
smart design, quick charging — actually very quick — and they feel solid. One arrived with a dodgy port though, so I sent a short video and they replaced it without faff, which is rare compared with past run-ins with cheaper brands. Not flawless — one model runs a bit warm sometimes — but overall they’re reliable and tidy-looking. I’ve got a mix of 1A, 5A and a 10A now and, honestly, they’ve saved me bother more than once. Would buy again, no question.
