I got this K1 Ultra and the turning point was when the Z-axis started running perfectly after a quick parts swap. I had a wobble at first, messaged support and they sent replacements fast — even included a short guide, which surprised me. Proper after-sales like that makes me recommend it; do reach out if needed.
Surprisingly solid refurb
Won't beat about the bush — really impressed. I was wary buying a refurbished K1 Ultra 36W, after a few dodgy experiences elsewhere, but it’s been solid. Had to ring support a couple of times and they were super quick and helped even after my warranty lapsed. Quality seems top notch and I’d buy from them again.
Sent to the wrong country — still baffled
I had a nagging feeling about the shipping but bought anyway; wish I’d listened. My parcel ended up in Saudi instead of Dubai, tracking showed it crossing the border and the courier basically couldn’t help. Ikier support replied days or weeks late, kept telling me to pick it up myself in another country. I waited, I chased, then gave up. No refund, no power switch, my laser is useless. Oddly one rep was polite, but that didn’t change anything.
Solid machine, annoying missing bits
the unit itself does the job and feels well made, but missing parts and silence from support dampen the experience. Hoping they sort it soon.
