I remember standing by the door, watching the 'delivered' note on the tracker and thinking, well that's odd. The parcel wasn't there. At first the seller shrugged. I complained, there was pushback, and I almost gave up. Then after a couple of calls and a stubborn email, they found the parcel and sent it out. The moment I opened the box and the screen worked — that's when I breathed. Not flawless. Took effort. In the end it worked out, so be ready to chase them.
Lovely screen, dodgy USB‑C and support
I love the panel — colours and blacks are brilliant, makes my films and photo editing pop. I used it every day with my MacBook for work and then evenings watching stuff. Trouble is the USB‑C connection started playing up after a few weeks, and now it won’t charge the laptop reliably. I’ve also gone back and forth with support for months and they wouldn’t honour the warranty, which was frustrating. So overall it’s a lovely display but flaky on the basics, take a chance if you’re careful.
