Sat at my kitchen table, mug in hand, thinking 'new kit, sorted' — then the fun began. Two iOttie items showed up on time, nicely packed, so delivery itself was fine, no complaints there. But the desktop pad refused to charge through any of my IQ cases, and the car unit was dead on arrival. Spent a week chasing an RMA, ringing, emailing, proving things, sent one back and still no refund. Customer service was slow and bafflingly unhelpful. Also not a total disaster — delivery ok — but support really spoiled it.
