Scooter purchase for Christmas
I received a scooter for Christmas and unfortunately, my friend accidentally broke it. It took a while for me to get hold of them, but when I finally did, they were able to assist me in fixing it by sending videos and the necessary parts. Their help was really valuable, and now my scooter is back to working order!
iScooter i9 electric scooter
I recently got myself the iScooter i9 electric scooter and I have to say, I'm really happy with it. The scooter is top-notch and works really well. The price was fair, especially considering how good it is. When it comes to customer service, I was seriously impressed. They were so professional and replied quickly to any questions or issues I had. I wouldn't think twice about buying from them again, and I'll definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family.
R3 800w 28mph
This scooter is really something! I splashed out £500 on it, swapping out my old Apache 400 scooter. The R3 is a serious improvement - it can hit 28 miles an hour and cover up to 15 miles at full pelt. I even managed to squeeze 25 miles out of a full battery, mostly on straight paths. The LED lights give it a smart look and add a bit of style. The only downside I've found is the awkward position of the stand. All in all, it's a great scooter well worth the money. One thing to watch out for is that the brakes need quite a bit of adjusting every now and then - probably down to the fact that they're Chinese parts.
Fast delivery, great customer service
The delivery arrived really fast, only taking 2 or 3 days after I ordered. The customer service was brilliant, whether through online chat or email. They got back to me quickly and were really helpful, making the whole buying experience easy and stress-free.
Faulty GT2 e-scooter
I've just bought an e-scooter from this company and I'm gutted because it came with faults. The headlight, horn button, and power on/off button weren't working as they should. Also, the scooter didn't even reach its claimed top speed when fully charged. I got in touch with customer support straight away and they asked for videos and pictures of the problems, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the product and the slow customer service.
Isinwheel S9 Max scooter
I bought the Isinwheel S9 Max scooter a couple of months back and I must say, I've been really pleased with it. The battery is strong, giving me a decent 35km range, and the suspension on both the front and rear makes a big difference when I'm out riding. I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I should shout about the S9 Max as it's a top-notch product that I think others would love too.
Broken scooter
So, you know, I had this scooter and it was really fun to ride and stuff, but then it just broke or something. I was really disappointed until I got in touch with customer service, and they were honestly the nicest people! They sent me these really cool videos to help me see what was up with my scooter, and then they managed to fix it in just a week. So now I can get back to zooming around on my scooter like nothing ever went wrong. Big thanks to the customer service team!
R3 Off Road scooter
This company is a complete scam. I purchased an R3 Off Road scooter from them, and what they sent me was a faulty, used scooter. I have sent multiple emails but haven't received any response. I even called them, and the person who picked up the phone didn't seem to know much about the product and didn't sound like they were in "Smethwick" as they claimed. It's obvious that this company cannot be trusted, so I wouldn't advise anyone to risk losing their money with them.
R3 scooter purchase
I recently purchased a really cool scooter just before it went on sale! I was a bit disappointed at first, but then I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful - they refunded me the difference! The customer service team was extremely friendly and they even called me back. After a few emails, they sorted out the refund for me. If you're looking for a fun scooter that's affordable, I recommend the R3. It might not be the speediest, but who needs speed when you're cruising around town looking stylish? Remember, safety comes first!
Bought 2 scooters last summer
Last summer I got 2 scooters, but one of them stopped charging after just 6 weeks. I tried switching out the power supplies, but it didn't work. I sent them 4 emails but got no reply at all. They were quick to respond though when my partner was looking to buy 15 scooters for a business. Their customer service is shocking! I wouldn't recommend buying from them - there are much better options available.

GT2 scooter purchase
I bought the GT2 scooter from your company recently and it's been a bit of a letdown, to be honest. In just the first week of having it, I've come across several issues that have really affected how well it works. The headlight doesn't work properly, the horn button is a dud, and the power on/off button doesn't respond when I press it. On top of that, the scooter didn't even reach the 28mph speed that was advertised - it only goes up to 15.5mph. And to top it all off, I got a flat tire while riding on regular roads and pavements, even though the scooter was supposed to be good for off-road use.
