solid build and a surprisingly smooth ride, but the USB phone charging port didn't work straight away. I reported the late delivery and fault; they offered a free lock 'to apologise' which never arrived. They asked for a video of the USB issue, which I sent, and then I kept chasing by email. Mostly I got apologies, rarely any real fix, and now they’ve gone quiet altogether. I'm worried about future faults being ignored — it's a shame, I'd have liked better support.
Nearly gave up, then it worked

They eventually told us to dispose of the scooter because it wouldn’t even power on, and then offered a replacement model that’s cheaper in spec and cost, plus I’d have to pay a £20 delivery on top. So we followed their instruction, binned the faulty scooter, and now we’re out of cash and without anything to replace it — roughly £170 down by our count. They also said the original model isn’t coming back into stock until November, which isn’t helpful.
I’ve dealt with other brands who at least gave a refund or a quicker swap — this felt like being punted around. This company is a complete scam. I purchased an R3 Off Road scooter from them, and what they sent me was a faulty, used scooter. I have sent multiple emails but haven't received any response. I even called them, and the person who picked up the phone didn't seem to know much about the product and didn't sound like they were in "Smethwick" as they claimed. It's obvious that this company cannot be trusted, so I wouldn't advise anyone to risk losing their money with them.
R3 scooter purchase
I recently purchased a really cool scooter just before it went on sale! I was a bit disappointed at first, but then I got in touch with customer service and they were really helpful - they refunded me the difference! Bought 2 scooters last summer
Last summer I got 2 scooters, but one of them stopped charging after just 6 weeks. I tried switching out the power supplies, but it didn't work. I sent them 4 emails but got no reply at all.
