Pulled it out and loved the feel — lovely weight, nice finish — but it arrived a bit battered. Support sorted it fast, really efficient. A shame about the packing; next time I'd ask for sturdier wrapping, honestly.
Nice while it lasted
Bought this spiral fountain to calm the garden while recovering from back pain; it looked great and ran fine, but stopped after eight months. I missed registering the two-year warranty so no help from support. Shame — useful while it lasted, but the aftercare was weak.
That settled it
very solid, heavier than it looked, clean finish (there's a tiny nick on one corner, no big deal). Communication from the seller was reliable and staff helpful; not perfect but does the job well.
Smashed on arrival, sorted eventually
Midway through planting my little herb patch I realised the new planters had arrived in pieces — shattered inside the box. I’d been looking forward to them for the balcony; that was annoying. I contacted customer service and at first was told there was no stock for replacements and they wouldn’t refund postage, which felt wrong. After chasing several times someone admitted a mistake and arranged a full refund. Delivery (and the packaging) was the weak link — not robust enough. The refund sorted the cost, but I lost time and had to buy temporary pots. They’re fine now, not perfect, but they do the job.
Nearly backed out, glad I didn't
I was unsure at first. Prices seemed fair, but the delivery notes were confusing so I almost cancelled. I wanted planters for the small patio — herbs and a tomato plant — so I took the chance. They arrived late after a phone call to Saskia, who actually sorted the whole mix-up and kept me in the loop. Planters look nicer than I thought. Process a bit messy, but pleased in the end.
Crack, then calm
Halfway through unwrapping I spotted a hairline crack and thought "oh no" — then their email landed, calm and helpful, promising a replacement. That’s the point I relaxed; had worse runarounds with other shops, so being offered a quick swap felt like a small victory. Replacement hasn’t turned up yet, so fingers crossed, and the bowl itself was lovely apart from the crack. Customer service has been genuinely good, actually.
