As someone who keeps coming back to this brand, I just have to say how much I adore their clothes. The top I've got in a few different colours has become a key piece in my wardrobe. There was a little mix-up with an order recently because of a new member of staff slipping up, but the customer service team at the company sorted it out super quickly and efficiently, fixing the problem in just an hour. Floral dress in wrong colour and another dress too small
I've just bought two dresses from this online shop. I saw them on the website and really liked them. The first one was a floral design that seemed pink online, but it turned out to be beige when it arrived. Beige doesn't look good on me, so I had to send it back. The second dress was nice too, but unfortunately, it was too small for me. Even though I had to return both of them, I have to say the customer service was really good. Jumper in a size down
I bought a jumper in a smaller size because I've had issues with the sizing not being consistent before. The delivery was really quick, which was nice. But when I tried to order another jumper for my daughter, it was a bit of a nightmare. I tried to get a size 8 with next day delivery before 4pm. I managed to place the order just in time and even got confirmation that it was on its way. But then out of nowhere, I got a refund notice saying that the size was out of stock. It took ages for the money to be refunded to my bank account, which was really inconvenient and frustrating.

Ordered this item on the 30th of March via Debenham. I have received all other items from other brands, unfortunately not received the coat from your brand to date. No explanation for the delay, just not a word.
