Parcel arrived on time, handy. Dress didn't fit though. Struggled with the returns label (kept timing out), so I messaged customer service. They replied quickly and sent the label. Overall quite decent.
Commute-ready find
Halfway through my morning commute I realised this was what I needed — simple checkout, quick delivery, and the item (came in a neat bag) slipped straight into my daily rota. Return info was clear, too.
Lovely but a bit thin
Tried this blouse on a drizzly Tuesday commute and at first I was quite pleased — soft, light and a great colour. After a wash the fabric felt too thin and it creased a fair bit, seams a tad messy, but it's comfy enough to keep wearing.
Needed for the move
I bought a couple of bits for the new flat while moving and needed them quickly. They were too big so I returned them. Money was back within two days and they replied to my message within twenty-four hours, so I was properly relieved — glad it wasn’t a faff and actually sorted.
Sorted after a wobble
Was honestly a bit sceptical before I ordered — previous dodgy buys had put me off and I needed something for a sore back after moving house. I messaged customer service about the missed discount and they sorted it same day. Delivery quick, product feels solid, relieved.
Spotted in the window
Spotted it in the shop window and a mate recommended it, so I tried a couple of things. Fabrics feel lovely — soft but with shape, colours didn't fade. Ordering was easy and click-and-collect worked, arrived when they said. Staff were friendly and helped with sizes. Pretty happy, will wear most pieces a lot.
Frustrating refund experience
I was on the fence before ordering — price looked okay and I’d had decent luck elsewhere, so I went for it. Turned out the item was poor quality and over-priced for what I got. Asked for a refund and sent the return with a QR label they provided, but their system never marked it as received, so I lost the money. Tried Facebook, crickets. Not impressed, won’t risk it again any more.
Great summer dresses
Overall I'm really pleased — their dresses sorted my summer wardrobe. I needed light, forgiving dresses because of a bad back and the heat, after buying flimsier things elsewhere. I was sceptical at first but the fit, colours and flowing midis won me over. Orders arrived quickly in a cheerful, colourful bag. Tiny niggles here and there, but very happy and it feels well made.
When it clicked
the cut sat right, seams neat, fabric felt luxe. I told a mate in the café outside, she ended up ordering too. Dry, honest bit of wardrobe that works for smart and everyday, no nonsense.
Refund finally sorted, but not smooth
I ordered late one evening and at first thought all was normal — confirmation email, so I didn't worry. Then the parcel never arrived and their replies were basically the same message over and over, asking me to wait for a Royal Mail probe. After a week I opened a PayPal claim and, thank goodness, the refund appeared a few days later. That was the exact moment I felt relieved and satisfied. Still annoyed by the hassle and the slow back-and-forth, but at least it ended okay (use PayPal if you can).
A dress that does the job
the colour was a touch different to the picture and one seam arrived slightly creased, but otherwise nicely packed in a reusable bag. Pretty glad I bought them.
Practical returns, decent fit

Returned items not refunded
I returned my items on the 7th of April with the label they provided me. According to the tracking, it was delivered on the 11th of April. However, on the 21st of April, they are still claiming they haven't received it and are refusing to refund me. It's a complete mess. I might have to file a complaint with PayPal.
Faulty item and sizing issue
I recently bought something from this company and unfortunately, one of the items was faulty. I sent an email to their customer service straight away, but I haven't heard back from them yet, which is disappointing. On top of that, I got two jumpers that were meant to be the same size, but one was clearly bigger than the other. I reached out to customer service for help with this too, but again, no response. It's frustrating when you're trying to sort out problems with their products and they don't reply promptly. I did receive an email about a different item I bought, but my issues with the faulty item and size difference haven't been addressed.

I had a really good experience with the customer service team at this shop recently. Misleading Ugg footwear purchase
I got tricked by their dodgy adverts for Ugg shoes and got sent completely the wrong ones. I've emailed them but had no reply yet. It's been a total waste of money and I really recommend not buying from them. Tell your mates and fam to steer clear and not make the same error.
First time ordering a coat
As someone who's new to this store, I bought a coat recently that I quite liked, but it turned out to be too big for me. The packaging was great, and sending it back was a breeze, all thanks to the Royal Mail label they provided. Now I'm just waiting for my refund, hoping it won't take ages. I'm definitely thinking of getting the same coat in a smaller size because I really liked how everything went.
