Returned items not refunded
I returned my items on the 7th of April with the label they provided me. According to the tracking, it was delivered on the 11th of April. However, on the 21st of April, they are still claiming they haven't received it and are refusing to refund me. It's a complete mess. I might have to file a complaint with PayPal.
Faulty item and sizing issue
I recently bought something from this company and unfortunately, one of the items was faulty. I sent an email to their customer service straight away, but I haven't heard back from them yet, which is disappointing. On top of that, I got two jumpers that were meant to be the same size, but one was clearly bigger than the other. I reached out to customer service for help with this too, but again, no response. It's frustrating when you're trying to sort out problems with their products and they don't reply promptly. I did receive an email about a different item I bought, but my issues with the faulty item and size difference haven't been addressed.

Misleading Ugg footwear purchase
I got tricked by their dodgy adverts for Ugg shoes and got sent completely the wrong ones. I've emailed them but had no reply yet. It's been a total waste of money and I really recommend not buying from them. Tell your mates and fam to steer clear and not make the same error.
First time ordering a coat
As someone who's new to this store, I bought a coat recently that I quite liked, but it turned out to be too big for me. The packaging was great, and sending it back was a breeze, all thanks to the Royal Mail label they provided. Now I'm just waiting for my refund, hoping it won't take ages. Ordered this item on the 30th of March via Debenham. I have received all other items from other brands, unfortunately not received the coat from your brand to date. No explanation for the delay, just not a word.
