A beautiful silver and pearl ring
I recently bought this stunning silver and pearl ring from this company. I had a little issue when I was checking out as I forgot to choose express delivery, and I really needed the ring quickly for a wedding in a couple of days. So, I decided to drop them an email to ask if they could speed up the delivery somehow. I was really pleased when they got back to me within half an hour, saying they had sorted out my order and changed the delivery to express without any extra cost. The customer service from them was just brilliant - really outstanding. They didn't just help me out, but they also took the time to wish me well for my big day. I'm so thankful for their kindness and efficiency and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

The things I bought from here were really cool! I got a couple of rings and a bangle, and they are absolutely amazing. Graduation bracelet charms
I recently bought two graduation bracelet charms for my niece from this jewelry shop. Sadly, when my order arrived, I only got one of the charms. So, I got in touch with customer services straight away to ask about the missing charm. They told me they'd checked their CCTV to make sure they had packed and sent it. They then suggested I contact my bank to sort it out, which I thought was a bit odd and not very helpful.
As a customer, I think it's the company's job to make sure all items ordered and paid for are delivered correctly and on time. I was really let down by the way John Greed Jewellery dealt with this, and I wouldn't recommend them to others. I had a really inconvenient experience and it's put me off ever shopping with them again.Personalised bracelet charm

Bracelet promotion
I was really disappointed with my shopping experience on this jewellery website. I signed up and entered a discount code, but then discovered it could only be used on certain items. On top of that, there was a promotion for a free bracelet with purchases over £40, worth £29.99. But when I tried to swap the bracelet for a different one, the code they sent me didn't work. It's so frustrating when a business doesn't make sure their deals are running smoothly and the codes they provide actually work. The whole process was unclear and inefficient, and it left me feeling unsatisfied with the service. The customer service I got wasn't great either, as they didn't seem to know about the promotions on their own site, making my experience as a customer really negative. Unfortunately, this has put me off buying from them in the future and has given me a bad impression of the brand.

I ordered 2 different graduation bracelet charms for my niece, only received 1. Wrote out to customer services who apparently checked their CCTV. They maintain it was packed and sent. They told me to raise it with my bank - not sure what my bank has to do with non-delivery! It's their responsibility to make sure they deliver the ordered and paid for items. John Reed is not able to do that - buyer beware! Absolutely disgraceful company would never recommend them - quite the opposite. Had to grade them 1 because it wouldn't let me give a minus score.
Anklet purchase on sale
I bought a lovely anklet on sale from a jewellery shop and was so pleased to see that it was cheaper than buying it from the brand store. It's really beautiful and just what I wanted. Also, the delivery was super quick, and Marie, who helped me, was fantastic. She knew her stuff and made the whole shopping trip enjoyable. I'll definitely go back there next time I need some jewellery. Thank you so much!

I had a really bad experience with the staff at that jewellery shop. I bought a necklace and when I had a problem with it, the employees didn't handle it very well at all. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.
