My last order was a little problematic as some items were out of stock and when Jollimans received them they were not as ordered! Communication was very good. I was offered alternatives or a refund. Panama hat, returned for replacement
The Panama hat I ordered arrived on time, but it turned out to be way too big for my head. I had to send it back to get a replacement, and now I'm eagerly awaiting the delivery of the right size. It's a bit frustrating to deal with all of this, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the replacement will fit just right when it finally gets here.

Dad's clothes
I always get my dad's clothes online after he checks out the catalogue. He's pleased with the stuff he gets, but there's always a problem with the delivery - it takes about 2 weeks for his orders to turn up. It's frustrating because it's meant to be here in 5 working days. The quickest delivery we've had is 6 working days, and he orders about 6-7 times a year.
Missing T-shirt
Well, I fancied treating myself to some new stuff so I placed an order from here. It arrived on time, but would you believe it, my T-shirt was missing! I contacted them, but all I got was a promise to investigate. It's been quite some time now, and there's still no sign of my T-shirt or any updates. Pretty disappointing, to be honest.
Two cardigans ordered on 10th April
What a joke! I ordered two cardigans on the 10th of April and it's been an absolute nightmare. They've given me three delivery dates and still no sign of my order. I've sent loads of emails chasing it up, and in the last one they said my card was declined. Gave them a new card number over the phone and they promised delivery by Monday 13th May. Can you believe it? Still waiting!
Trouser size inconsistency
I recently bought a pair of trousers in my size and they fitted perfectly. However, when I ordered the same size in a different colour, they turned out to be way too long. It can be really annoying when you can't trust the sizing to be consistent.

Husband's birthday gifts
I'm really let down by the service I got from this company. I ordered some stuff for my husband's birthday on the 23rd of April 2024, and even though they sent an email saying there would be a small delay, it's been 3 weeks now and the items still haven't shown up. It's been a real pain and has left me feeling really frustrated.

Trousers
My experience with the company has been a bit of a mixed bag. The trousers I bought were great quality, but I was really let down by the customer service. I ordered them at the end of March and didn't get them until early May. They did let me know about a delay in April, but then I didn't hear much after that. When I asked for an update, they gave me wrong information about when they would be shipped, which just made waiting even more annoying. The clothes are good, but they really need to work on their service.
Seersucker shirts
I bought two seersucker shirts from this company recently and I was so disappointed with the quality. The shirts were really flimsy and looked like they were made in a rush, definitely not worth the money I spent on them. I won't be buying from this company again. Also, all the messages I keep getting from Jolliman are starting to annoy me. I wish they would stop bombarding me with messages all the time. It's getting on my nerves.
