First impressions and a few small gripes 23 February 2026

there was no option at checkout to leave my wrist measurement, so the strap arrived unadjusted. I ended up trying to get it sized locally. First shop wanted £20 to do it, which I wasn’t expecting, so I went elsewhere and a different jeweller sorted it for free even though I hadn’t bought it there — very kind and surprising. I think it would be much better if the seller asked for wrist length when you order, or offered a pre-adjust option, that would save a lot of hassle. Aside from that, the quality seems genuinely Swiss — the finish, the little details — and the price felt fair for what you get. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants something a bit different without paying a premium. If you’re particular about fit, measure your wrist first or ask for a sizing option. Overall pleased, pleased enough to keep it, and I’ve had a few compliments already, so that was nice.
