they sent a 32‑ton lorry that couldn’t get down our drive, so someone had to shuffle things about. Aftercare was OK but the earthing notes were vague and I ended up booking an electrician. Still, the unit seems to do the job.
Bundle hiccup
Bought a generator bundle because we were due to have some electrics updated and I'd booked an electrician. I was wary at first — worried about parts not being in stock and it dragging on. They told me some bits were out of stock and gave a couple of options; I chose to wait as I didn't want mismatched gear. Staff were helpful. When the rest of the bundle arrived one item was the wrong model, which meant the electrician couldn't do the job that day. After-sales were good though — I sent a photo and they sorted a replacement. Overall useful product, but the stock and shipping hiccups left me a bit frustrated.
Paid up front, stock not there
misleading stock listings cost time and trust, and it felt unnecessary. Customer service were polite enough and answered my messages, slightly slow but courteous, so I don't want to be harsh — I'm a bit sceptical but hopeful. If the money appears within the promised window I'll leave it there; otherwise I'll update. A tip to others: check availability with a quick message before committing, saves a headache.
