I nearly wrote them off as a bit dodgy when I first found them, but glad I didn't. Bought Office licences for six PCs and the keys landed in my inbox within minutes — delivery was spot on. I messed up a couple of installs and their support patiently talked me through everything, no fuss. Software's been fine since. I'd like clearer install notes for nervous users, but overall I'm happy and would recommend them to mates.
Proper bargain
I remember staring at the activation screen, thinking 'this can't be real' — and then it just worked. That tiny moment, when Word opened without fuss and my licence showed genuine Microsoft, is when I was sold. I use Office every day for work spreadsheets, quick presentations and the odd letter at home, so reliability matters. Bought from them a few times now, prices are brilliant and support helped once quickly. Proper relieved and happy, really.
Paper-activated, desktop refuses
One morning I booted my laptop and the account page told me Office was activated. Great, I thought, time to crank out a spreadsheet and a quick report. Except every time I opened Word or Excel I got a stern note saying Microsoft couldn't validate the product key. Repair via Control Panel was suggested, so I did that more times than I'd like to admit. Sometimes the web apps would let me edit a doc, so I could muddle through a few emails or a table, but the desktop apps kept throwing the same error. I emailed customer service and we went back and forth for over a week. They offered workarounds. None really fixed it. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't budge. Frustrating. It’s not all terrible — the online Office saved me a couple of times — but for daily proper work the flaky desktop activation is a real pain.
Quiet after purchase
the product itself seemed fine but the support just vanished. I found the bundle on their website after a mate flagged it, and the checkout was quick so I thought job done. Only when I tried to upgrade my new laptop (it came with Win11 Home) did I spot the small print saying 'for clean install only'. I emailed support four times explaining I needed an upgrade key and some guidance — no reply, not even an automated note. Bit annoying, really. The download was ready straight away though, which was a surprise.
