Surprisingly decent

Proper find
Saw them in a shop window after a mate recommended them. Proper leather, nicely stitched, feels sturdy but soft, broke in fast, arrived quickly, they promised.
Label faff
Left the trainers by the door — I first saw it on Instagram and even told a mate, but the address label was a mess. Courier couldn't ID the recipient so the parcel was delayed; my kid won't have shoes for school on Monday. Quite annoying, honestly.
New-school shoes — promising start
neat, smart and comfy enough to wear straight away. The moment I knew I was happy was when she came in after a long day and they still looked fine, no rubbing or complaints. That said, they weren’t cheap and I’m a bit wary about how they’ll cope with wet autumn days — time will tell.
Properly impressed
I was a bit wary before ordering — seen horror stories from other shops and all that — and they did send the wrong shoes at first. I messaged them and they sorted it proper, apologised, found the mix-up and sent the right pair without faff. My scepticism melted away, honestly. Feels like they actually care, and after that I went ahead and bought another pair. Price was fair and delivery was pretty quick, so I'm pretty pleased.
Wrong parcel, still waiting
I saw these trainers on Instagram because a mate had posted them and thought they'd be perfect for my son's first day back at school — looked smart and comfy in the pictures. I ordered mid-August and the site gave me an arrival date a couple of weeks later, so I was relaxed about it and even started planning the outfit. When the date passed and nothing turned up I messaged customer support and asked for a refund, since I needed something that would actually arrive on time. The rep, oddly, asked if I wanted a replacement. I said no, a refund please, but then they went ahead and sent a replacement anyway — without asking me. Then the invoice that landed in my inbox had Jamaica as the shipping address. Jamaica. I live in the States. I asked them how that happened and they blamed me, said I must have entered the wrong address. I don’t know how I’d do that when I switched the site to US and typed my US address in. Since then they say they’ll refund once the carrier brings the shoe back, but my money's still tied up and I’m still waiting. It’s been a bunch of back-and-forth and I feel a bit stupid for trusting it. Annoying, and not a great first impression at all.
Nearly missed out on the trainers
first it looked like it was on its way, then an “out for delivery” update came on a day I’d arranged for someone to be in, and still nothing. Later the tracking said “insufficient address” and it turned out the courier didn’t have my flat number because the details they passed on were incomplete. So the parcel went back to the sender. I got an email from customer service saying they’d refund — which is fine if I didn’t want the trainers, but I did. I needed them for the holiday, for walking around, and honestly I’d been picturing how comfy they’d be: soft leather, a cushioned sole that’s not too bulky, nice grip for cobbles — the sort of pair you just throw on with jeans or a summer dress. I’ve had better aftercare from other shops, so this felt careless rather than a one-off mistake. Bit annoyed, a shame.
Comfortable quality shoes
I absolutely love these shoes! They're so worth the money. The quality is amazing and they're super comfy to wear all day. I'm really impressed with how durable and stylish they are. Definitely a great buy for anyone wanting reliable and trendy shoes.
Kids' school shoes
I bought some school shoes for my kids from this shop recently. Ordering them was easy and stress-free, and they arrived earlier than I thought, which was a nice surprise. My daughter and son have been wearing this brand of shoes since they started secondary school, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with how long-lasting and well made they are.
Patent leather school shoes
I recently bought a pair of patent leather school shoes from this brand, expecting them to be as durable as they used to be. But to my disappointment, within a week of my child wearing them, the toes had already worn through. My child isn't rough with her shoes, so this really wasn't acceptable. I've tried other brands like SCHUH before, and they lasted much longer and were cheaper too. I used to always trust this brand for school shoes, but it seems like their quality has really gone downhill.

Fast delivery, perfect fit
I am absolutely chuffed with these shoes - they arrived in a flash and fit like a glove! They are incredibly comfy, I can wear them all day without any bother. Retro/Vintage style shoes
I've just bought a pair of shoes from Kickers' Retro/Vintage collection, and I have to say, I'm really impressed. Great fit, stylish, comfortable
These shoes are absolutely brilliant! They fit like a dream, look stylish, and are so comfortable. I can wear them all day long without any hassle. The only small downside is that they might leave a mark on your socks at first, but it's not a big deal considering how amazing these shoes are in general. I'm really pleased with my purchase!
