    Half order, whole disappointment

I remember staring at the parcel on my kitchen table, thinking this deal looked too good to be true. I hesitated before ordering 10kg of PLA for a bargain price, thinking 'we'll see' — and yes, my nagging doubts were spot on. What turned up was half the weight, no apology, and a customer service that went quiet after a single, unhelpful message. The spools were saggy cardboard, some filament felt oddly airy and tangled. I kept asking for a solution and got nothing back. Bit of a rubbish experience, to be honest. If you're considering them, I'd be careful — wish they'd at least answer and make it right. Still mildly annoyed, it put me off ordering again.

    Late-night find that actually delivered

cheap spools, cardboard cores, and my Bambu Lab printer’s AMS isn’t exactly forgiving. Sure enough, the spools didn’t sit right at first, but I bodged a quick 3D-printed adapter and that sorted it — no drama after that. Prints have been surprisingly consistent, smooth layers and no weird tangles, so I ended up buying more from their Amazon shop. Colour range isn’t Polymaker-tier, but performance-wise it’s right up there with the usual suspects. Delivery was fast, packing fine, and overall I’m happily using it as my everyday filament now — cautious at the start, pleasantly converted.

    Colour mess and slow replies

I ordered a ten-roll mixed set for printing bits and pieces around the house — hinges, cupboard knobs, a couple of hobby models — then got a few days later an email saying they were out of stock. They offered either ten rolls of one colour or a refund. I asked for the refund and reordered from elsewhere, because I needed the filament. After a week nothing had appeared back in my account, so I chased them by email a couple of times. Eventually they replied, blamed an ex-staff member, and suddenly said the item was back in stock and would go out in three days. That didn’t happen; another week went by. The annoying bit was that their website kept showing everything as in stock the whole time, which felt like bad bookkeeping or worse. In the end, after more nagging, I did get the refund — slightly begrudgingly — and one of the delayed orders turned up a week later. So I’m still wary of using them again, but at least I got my money back and could carry on with the prints I needed.

    Still here, for now

I'm sticking with them. I needed reliable filament because I run a small reselling gig and print models for customers — some of whom are annoyingly picky — and after a dodgy start I’m actually pretty content. To be honest I was sceptical for a while; support used to be slow, replies took ages and solutions took even longer. That nearly made me switch brands, especially after one bad batch around February that caused a few unhappy clients (and a few grey hairs). But lately they’ve stepped up. I buy a lot — roughly 50–100kg a month and well over 500kg in recent months — so consistency matters. Response times have dropped to a day or two, which sounds small but makes a big difference when you’ve got deadlines and a sore back from lugging boxes about. The filament quality seems to have improved too, not just fixed. Have there still been hiccups? Sure, a couple of rolls behaved oddly, but every time they offered a fair solution, which is what kept me. The tone went from “is this worth it?” to “alright, not bad” — modest praise, but after the earlier frustration I’ll take it.

    Quietly resolved

small daily jobs, bits and bobs for the house, a couple of prototypes for a personal project. Payment went through and an automated email promised a shipment notice as soon as it left their warehouse. Nothing came. A week passed, then another; I wrote twice and heard nothing back. It’s the sort of thing you shrug at at first, then it nags. Luckily I’d used PayPal, so once I involved them things changed. PayPal opened a claim and that prompted a reply from the supplier — in halting English they said the model I’d chosen was out of stock and offered an upgrade if I paid the difference. I sent more money (yes, I thought it might speed things up), and then silence again for ten days. When PayPal reminded them, they finally admitted the second machine was also unavailable and asked me to wait for a new shipment to Europe. At that point I asked PayPal for a refund. Fast forward: PayPal acted fairly quickly and reimbursed me within their expected timeframe. That refund arriving — that was the moment I felt actually satisfied. Not because the purchase worked out, but because I was back in control and could go buy a printer that matched my needs elsewhere. A small, unexpected plus: the refund was processed cleanly, which made the whole ordeal tolerable. Oddly, their own website still showed everything as available while other sellers had pulled listings or hiked prices, so take the online availability with a pinch of salt.
