Standing in my hallway with a small parcel, I already had doubts about ordering from this seller—reviews were iffy and the shipping looked odd. I went ahead anyway because I'd wanted a roomy 3XL hoodie. It arrived after about three weeks and the tracking process was awkward; they asked me to sign up for a third‑party Chinese courier site, which felt unnecessary. Then the hoodie? Small. I got a SM, not 3XL, so it doesn't fit my 6'3 frame at all. Contacting them was tedious; they offered a partial refund of 35% or asked me to pay return postage for their mistake. That confirmed my earlier misgivings rather than easing them. I’ve used other companies with better returns, so this was disappointing. I'm pursuing a refund case now, so it's still unresolved.
Bit of a faff, honestly
I first saw this on Instagram and even told a mate to give it a go — thought it looked handy. The ordering itself was fine and I got the confirmation email, so I assumed all good. Then nothing for ages, and when I checked the tracking it oddly said returned to sender. No SMS or pickup notice ever arrived, and getting any clear answer from customer service was a slow grind with vague replies. In the end the item turned up (took ages) and it works as expected, but the delivery and support were a real hassle. Wouldn't risk it for anything urgent.
Saw-the-picture-and-ordered

site said 54.5cm, I measured about 46cm. The body fit okay, but the sleeves were way too short for my arms. So, not usable for what I needed. I contacted customer service and they were surprisingly rigid — they said I’d have to send them back at my cost (over €30), and they wouldn’t guarantee a refund for the return postage because of their policy. That felt like they wouldn’t take responsibility for a clear error on their part. I’m annoyed, and left disappointed; I expected better handling given the straightforward mistake. If you rely on accurate sizing and helpful returns — especially when you’re buying for practical needs like recovery — be warned, because their delivery was fine but their aftercare really wasn’t.
Tiny fit, cheap finish — but at least some money back
I only relaxed a bit after I opened a PayPal case. Before that I was fuming — sizes said they’d fit bigger figures but the dress and corset were laughably small and felt like bargain-basement material, would’ve fallen apart by the end of the night. I messaged the seller, waited days with no proper reply while the return window ticked down, which is the worst kind of stress. The moment I felt a bit satisfied was when PayPal made them respond and they finally gave me return instructions. I spent extra on postage to send it back and only got a partial refund, so not great, but better than nothing. If you try them, measure properly, keep all messages and use tracked returns. Wouldn’t recommend if you want zero hassle.

Overall I’m pleased with the look and how it feels, just wish the fit was truer and the finishing cleaner. Good little buy if you can try it on first or don’t mind a snug hood — not flawless, but does the job.
