I kept getting charged extra postage because they split my order across parcels — and yet sometimes they don't charge at all if you spend over a limit. Bit annoying to sort it myself, phoned customer service once; helpful but slow. Not the worst, just messy.
Odd lids, happy me
I was halfway through unpacking when I realised they'd nailed it — the odd-sized lids actually fitted my old pans. I’d been dreading replacements after a bad buy, so exact matches from overseas were a lovely surprise.
Sorted quickly
At the point I was unpacking a bag at my mate's, I saw the missed delivery note and braced for hassle. I phoned KitchenTime, spoke to a calm woman who offered refund or resend. When they re-dispatched it within days I knew it was fine — uncomplicated, on time. Wish they'd update tracking more, but otherwise pretty effortless and I'd use them again.
Bit disappointing
Saw it on a cooking forum, a mate recommended it. Delivery arrived on time and boxed. Pan warped after three uses; customer service were dismissive and wouldn’t help, so I’m claiming back through card. Not ideal, but cooks fine.
Solid percolator, annoying plug
We needed a new percolator after our old ones fell apart, except Dualit, so I hesitated but ordered this. When it arrived my husband opened it and said it looked solid, much better than the usual cheap ones. That eased my worries about build quality, but then we found a continental round two‑pin plug fitted. We thought it must be a mistake. KitchenTime said that's how it's supplied and you can use a converter. No way we'd use a converter in the kitchen, so that remains a deal‑breaker.
