Left waiting with no proper answer 15 October 2026

By the time I realised the parcel was not turning up, I’d already been charged and had nothing to try. I ordered a card-cutting die and a few rhinestones, just under $20, and had planned to use them for a small project that week. So my first impression of the actual items is, unfortunately, non-existent. The company said the post office had confirmed delivery, but when I visited the post office they asked for the tracking details the seller was relying on. That seemed fair enough. I asked customer service to send those details over and, after that, heard nothing back. The phone number on their Facebook page did not work, and another number I found simply rang out. It is not a huge amount of money, I know, but it still feels frustrating to be left without the order or any real help sorting it out.
