Took my son in to the store as his headphones had stopped working and they are still under warranty. The Adviser checked them and could see no reason why they could not sent back to Apple to be fixed. This was also checked by the Assistant Store Manager who agreed. The next day my son receive a phone call from John the store manager to say he is not sending them back. I ask why his staff agreed to this and he isn't. He said they are not qualified enough to do this, so why do you have an Assistant Manager if he doesn't know his job. Best adviser I can give any one is to keep were away from the poor service this company provides. Say one thing one day and changes it the next. Go direct to Apple and keep away from these cowboys.
In the modern climate of online purchasing and social media etc, it is easy to complain about a poor experience. And it’s also too easy for companies to hide behind email addresses and not care. This is why I want to highly praise KRCS and specifically Philip Woods in their dealing with my initial complaint, the way they went out of the way to rectify my issues and provide me with 5 star customer support. I booked my Iphone for a repair service with KRCS Nottingham. I got an e-mail informing me they won't actually be able to see me and all it will be is a drop off service appointment. Their centre is out of town so I got an uber which left me in the wrong side of the industrial park they're located in. As a result I was 10-15 minutes late for the 'drop off' to only be told I'd have to rebook. Rebook a drop off ? Like literally all they had to do is to take my phone - which they refused. Absolutely appalling service and no consideration or compassion whatsoever for their customers. I will never use them again for anything, massive disappointment.
Absolutely appalling and misleading customer service with no sense of responsibility towards customers who trust what they expect to be expert advice. I recently purchased an expensive laptop and wanted Microsoft software including Outlook. We were very specific about the latter. We purchased software at £122 only to find the outlook was not included. Unfortunately this was after we had activated the product but of course had no reason to question what we had been sold. KRCS have failed to take any responsibility stating on a number of occasions that it was our fault for not reading the packaging.This is despite the lengthy conversation about Outlook, which they say didn’t happen. Absolutely outrageous!! They flatly refuse to refund the purchase and have passed us on to Microsoft. Lengthy phone calls later Outlook has had to be subject of a separate purchase at extra cost because of the unprofessional advice and support given by KRCS. In addition they provided us with the wrong laptop and decided to give us a laptop ordered by another customer with no thought towards that customer!! On a previous occasion I booked a service appointment and arriving thirty minutes early they sent me away refusing to take my iPad, telling me to come at the appointed time. KRCS customer service is shocking. I went to the store not for a tin of beans yet I suspect had I done the advice would have been far more accurate and not so misleading than asking about a software product. I would never walk into their stores again nor recommend them.
