    New Mac purchase

    So, I decided to treat myself to a new gadget from this store. The whole process went smoothly for the most part, but there were a couple of issues along the way. Firstly, the lead time was longer than I expected, but that was because I chose a customised configuration that wasn't readily available. I have to give them credit for that. However, my problem with them is that I didn't get access to tracking information until the day of delivery. Who does that, honestly? I was on holiday at the time, and if I had known earlier, I could have made arrangements to receive my package. It just seems like common sense, doesn't it? Despite this hiccup, the actual delivery was great, no complaints there. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely some room for improvement in the customer service department.

    Took Head Phones in covered under warranty

    Took my son in to the store as his headphones had stopped working and they are still under warranty. The Adviser checked them and could see no reason why they could not sent back to Apple to be fixed. This was also checked by the Assistant Store Manager who agreed. The next day my son receive a phone call from John the store manager to say he is not sending them back. I ask why his staff agreed to this and he isn't. He said they are not qualified enough to do this, so why do you have an Assistant Manager if he doesn't know his job. Best adviser I can give any one is to keep were away from the poor service this company provides. Say one thing one day and changes it the next. Go direct to Apple and keep away from these cowboys.

    iPad Pro email recovery

    So, my iPad Pro recently updated itself to 15.1, and all of a sudden, I couldn't access any of my received emails. Feeling frustrated, I decided to take my iPad to the nearest store, which happened to be in Derby, and that's where I met Nathan Gray. Let me tell you, this guy really knows his stuff. He quickly figured out the issue and wasted no time in carrying out a factory recovery. Before I knew it, I was back in business and all my emails were there, ready for me to read. Nathan delivered a top-notch service and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Big shoutout to him and the team at KRCS for providing such a smooth and efficient experience.

    I went to the Nottingham store to get my phone fixed as part of my bank package. They said I'd get a replacement in 2-3 days, but it's been 8 days now and still no phone or updates. I've called multiple times but just keep getting excuses with no solution. The customer service is awful, so I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
