New Mac purchase
So, I decided to treat myself to a new gadget from this store. The whole process went smoothly for the most part, but there were a couple of issues along the way. Firstly, the lead time was longer than I expected, but that was because I chose a customised configuration that wasn't readily available. I have to give them credit for that. However, my problem with them is that I didn't get access to tracking information until the day of delivery. Who does that, honestly? I was on holiday at the time, and if I had known earlier, I could have made arrangements to receive my package. It just seems like common sense, doesn't it? Despite this hiccup, the actual delivery was great, no complaints there. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely some room for improvement in the customer service department.
Took Head Phones in covered under warranty
Took my son in to the store as his headphones had stopped working and they are still under warranty. The Adviser checked them and could see no reason why they could not sent back to Apple to be fixed. This was also checked by the Assistant Store Manager who agreed. The next day my son receive a phone call from John the store manager to say he is not sending them back. I ask why his staff agreed to this and he isn't. He said they are not qualified enough to do this, so why do you have an Assistant Manager if he doesn't know his job. Best adviser I can give any one is to keep were away from the poor service this company provides. Say one thing one day and changes it the next. Go direct to Apple and keep away from these cowboys.
iPad Pro email recovery
So, my iPad Pro recently updated itself to 15.1, and all of a sudden, I couldn't access any of my received emails. Feeling frustrated, I decided to take my iPad to the nearest store, which happened to be in Derby, and that's where I met Nathan Gray. Let me tell you, this guy really knows his stuff. He quickly figured out the issue and wasted no time in carrying out a factory recovery. Before I knew it, I was back in business and all my emails were there, ready for me to read. Nathan delivered a top-notch service and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Big shoutout to him and the team at KRCS for providing such a smooth and efficient experience.
Mobile Phone
I just wanted to say that I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got at KRCS. Daanish and Ben, the staff members, were so helpful and understanding when I was picking out a new mobile phone. They really knew their stuff and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense to me, despite my lack of tech know-how. I didn't feel any pressure or like I wasn't keeping up throughout the whole buying process. Thanks to them, I'm confident that I made the right choice. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing customer service I received at your store recently. A young chap called Max helped me out, and he was brilliant - so talented and professional. He not only fixed the problem but did it with such politeness, reassurance, and knowledge. I also got to speak to the manager, who was just as helpful. I can't praise them enough for the fantastic service they provided. It really made my visit to your store a really positive and unforgettable one.

I bought a MacBook Air from the store in Nottingham Victoria Centre not long ago. Harry, who helped me out, was brilliant. He really knew his stuff and was so helpful in helping me pick the best laptop for what I needed. He took the time to go through all the features and answer all my questions. When I left the store, I felt good about my purchase and was really pleased with the service I got. If you're thinking of buying Apple products, I'd definitely suggest checking out KRCS.
Mac mini purchase
So, I got this really cool Mac mini from this store and it was honestly the best decision ever! I had bought a computer from them a while back and it was just perfect. Phone repair replacement
I went to the Nottingham store to get my phone fixed as part of my bank package. They said I'd get a replacement in 2-3 days, but it's been 8 days now and still no phone or updates. I've called multiple times but just keep getting excuses with no solution. The customer service is awful, so I would recommend avoiding them at all costs.
