I draped it across the floor, kicked my shoes off and thought — not bad at all. The rug's properly soft and cosy, sits nicely in the room and doesn't look cheap. Had a faff returning the first one (wrong size) because the courier missed a couple of collections, which was annoying, but customer service apologised and refunded quickly. Pleasantly surprised they were donating profits to a Gaza charity that day — nice touch. Overall happy, just know delivery can be hit-and-miss.
Fast delivery, minor snag
Pulled into the flat one evening and there it was — the rug, ridiculously quick delivery. Sadly had a small flaw so I messaged them to sort a return (annoying but it happens). They actually got back to me, proper helpful people — made the whole thing painless. Now it sits under the coffee table and daily life feels cosier, which I’m pleased about.
Teal pink rug that works
I unrolled this teal-pink rug in the living room this afternoon — first thing I noticed was the colours, they pop without being shouty. It's washable too, which was why I bought it, and that peace of mind matters more than I thought. Material feels decent, not flimsy, and it lies flat, though the edges needed a minute to settle. I’d intended to buy one as a test for the bungalow refit; ended up ordering two more plus a runner because it suits the space. Happy it arrived quickly and even had a discount, yes glad I went for it.
Handy fit for awkward spots
quite solid underfoot, not floppy, edges are neat and it feels like a proper, hard-wearing weave rather than thin tat. It needed a tiny extra trim at one end, so I had to go back with the scissors, but that's on me. Price seemed reasonable for the quality. Can't say how it'll be after years of traffic yet, but I'm happy so far and the seller was straightforward to deal with.
Still surprised it's that simple
Halfway through the first week I realised my initial doubts were misplaced. I’d hesitated about ordering two matching rugs for the L-shaped living/dining area — worried they'd look odd or be a faff to clean. In daily life they’ve settled in; the dining chair legs don't catch, the TV corner feels less echo-y, and vacuuming is actually a non-event. Oddly enough they don't bunch up under the cleaner, which I didn't expect and rather liked. Delivery was prompt, packaging tidy. Ordering was straightforward and the price felt fair for the quality, so I'm eyeing a bigger one for the spare room.
Sat on it first
proper plush, soft underfoot, colour right on the money. It came in very sturdy packaging so no dramas, though there was a small crease that relaxed after a day or so. That convinced me, so I went back and ordered the big 240 x 330 for the lounge. Not perfect, but definitely worth it.
Kitchen rug purchase
The customer service was brilliant, I bought two rugs, picked one I liked and returned the other without any bother. I got a refund pretty quickly too. The rug I kept looks great in my kitchen - it fits perfectly. The colours are lovely and it has a non-slip underlay so it's safe and doesn't stick up where you might trip on it. It's easy to keep clean, just vacuum or sweep when needed, and if there's a spill it's simple to clean up as the liquid beads off instead of soaking in. I would definitely recommend it.
Living room rug purchase
I bought a rug for my living room not long ago from this shop and I have to say I am really happy with it. The rug looked just like it did on the website and the quality is really good. The colour is just what I wanted and the underlay they suggested is definitely worth getting. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good rug.
Black and cream rug
I found the ordering process really easy and quick, and I was pleased with the quality of what I bought. However, I was a bit let down because the colour of the rug didn't match what I saw online- I thought it'd be black and white, but it was actually black and cream as it said in the description. I guess I should've read the description more carefully, my bad! I still think the photo should've shown the product more accurately. Even so, I've thought of a different use for the rug and might shop at this store again in the future.

I bought a rug from this company recently and I'm pretty happy with the quality of the product. The rug is really good, it's well-made and just like how it was described on the website. However, I did have a small problem with the delivery this time. In the past, my orders always arrived quickly the next day, but this time the courier company messed up. They delivered the rug to the wrong address, which was really annoying and inconvenient. I know mistakes can happen, but I'm hoping this was just a one-time thing and not a common problem with their delivery service.

Large grey shaggy rug
The rug arrived quite fast, but I was a bit let down when I saw it in person as the colour wasn't as expected. Online, it appeared a dark grey, but up close it's more of a light grey. Nevertheless, the shaggy pile is indeed soft and fluffy as advertised. It's fine for now, but I doubt I'd purchase another one since I believe the quality doesn't quite justify the cost.
