Purchased skincare products
I've had two orders from this company and they've both been delayed by more than a week. I didn't hear anything about stock availability until I reached out to them. The first order got cancelled because some items were out of stock, and the second order was supposed to be delivered on Friday but it still hadn't been sent out by Monday. I asked them to keep me updated on any delays, but they didn't bother. Eventually, I asked for a refund when the items were still not dispatched. Their stock management is rubbish and they really need to improve their communication.

Arnica gel purchase
I recently got some Arnica gel from Landys Chemist and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The price was good for the tubes of Arnica gel, and the delivery was super quick. I've been using Arnica oil for a while, but one issue was it could be messy and tricky to take with me, especially when I'm travelling. The gel form of Arnica is much easier and less messy to use. Even though both the oil and gel have a noticeable smell when you put them on, the pain relief benefits from Arnica are well worth it, even with the initial smell. I also found the staff at Landys Chemist really knew their stuff about the product and were really helpful in giving me information before I bought it.

I recently bought some skincare products online that I was really looking forward to trying out. But, I have to say, I've been pretty let down by the delivery service. It's been more than a week since I ordered, and despite getting loads of emails saying my package is on its way, it still hasn't shown up. Every time I get told there's been a delay and it will be here the next day, but no luck so far. I even checked with my neighbour in case they got it by mistake, but no dice. This whole lack of responsibility and the fact that they can't seem to get it right with the delivery is really getting on my nerves. Safe to say, I'm feeling pretty annoyed and let down by the company's customer service.

I absolutely adore this perfume, it smells divine! I've been using it for years now, and I'm thrilled that Landys always has it available. The price is fantastic as well!

I absolutely adore my son's JPG Scandal aftershave, but unfortunately we recently ran out of it. Luckily, I managed to find it available at Landy's Chemist and to my surprise, it was on offer! I placed an order and it arrived promptly, beautifully packaged and most importantly, it was genuine. I am over the moon with my purchase and will definitely be returning for more in the future.

The Chloe body lotion from Landys is really good quality and the price is decent too. This was my second time ordering from them, and I have to say, I was really impressed with how quick and easy the whole process was. It was nice to be kept in the loop with updates on when it was due to arrive.
Protein powder purchase
The protein powder I bought was nicely packed in recyclable materials, which I liked. It was the sun warrior unflavoured blend, and while it wasn't particularly tasty on its own, I found it was great for mixing with things like blueberries and bananas. It's been a useful addition to my smoothies and shakes for some extra protein. Overall, I was happy with my purchase and its quality.

Tried to buy supplements
They cancelled my order for no reason. When inquired why they refused to provide an explanation and told me to reorder when back in stock.
Why can't they send one when back in stock, they said they don't provide that service (!!) Seriously....what a ridiculous handling of a customer order.
I told them I wasn't happy and they rudely replied saying they didn't care.
Spend your money elsewhere, with them you are wasting your time and you will be treated as if your custom is nothing to them.

I am very intentional about my health, therefore, I started looking out for supplements that contained these nutrients that I could buy. After carrying out my findings online, I came across Landy's chemist. I decided to shop from them. They do sell just supplements but also dispense NHS and private prescriptions. I placed an order for vitamin, and mineral supplement and it was delivered to me within a few days. I am happy with their product and will shop from them again. I recommend Landy's chemist to anyone looking to buy health supplements, private prescriptions, perfumery, and skincare products.
