'Peacock Cocktail Ring'
The customer service team at this place is fantastic! They were really helpful and caring from the first email to the Whatsapp chats. Jenny, Debbie, and Stephen were all so lovely and made sure to answer all my questions. They even suggested some cute jewellery pouches to keep my ring safe. The 'Peacock Cocktail Ring' is absolutely gorgeous, even more beautiful in real life with stones that shimmer beautifully in the light. I wore it to a wedding recently and it matched my gown perfectly. I'm really looking forward to ordering from this family-run business again!

Earrings repair service
I've just had my favorite pair of earrings repaired by this company and I'm really pleased with the service. I bought these earrings a few years ago but unfortunately, one of the stones fell out and the ear post got damaged. I was gutted because I love those earrings and couldn't find any others like them. Luckily, I got in touch with their customer service team who were so helpful and understanding. They explained how to send the earrings back to them for repair.

I just have to say, the earrings I bought from that shop were really stunning. You could tell they were really well made and I got loads of compliments when I put them on. I was so looking forward to wearing the earrings I bought from this shop for the first time at a wedding. They were absolutely gorgeous and went perfectly with my outfit. But, unfortunately, I was really let down when the clasp on one side became loose just a few hours into the event. I had to quickly take them off because I was worried about losing them. It really spoiled my evening and got me thinking about the quality of the product.

My first experience with this company was good, but I was let down after I bought something and found out it was too big. I was disappointed to learn that sale items could only be refunded as a credit note. When I tried to contact them to ask about exchanging for a smaller size, I never got a reply.

I bought some lovely blue topaz earrings and they arrived quickly and well-protected. I thought about giving them as a gift, but they were so nice that I decided to keep them for myself. Even though they are quite big, they are really lightweight and easy to wear for long periods. The blue topaz stones are a gorgeous light blue shade, which looks different depending on what they are against. All in all, a great little treat!
