I bought the earrings and they arrived in the time frame for delivery. I had an update every step of the way with the tracking number, dispatch and delivery time. When I ordered, I received a little email saying thank you for the purchase, in addition to the general customer purchase confirmation, which I thought was a lovely gesture. When they came, they were well packaged, the box was packed well. They clearly take time in the presentation and I think that sends a brilliant vibe. When opening the earrings, they were even more beautiful than pictured. They are for my wedding and they match my dress and style beautifully. 100% stunning and perfect, they aren't heavy (which some hoops can be) and are brilliant quality. VERY happy with my purchase!
