I bought a beautiful dress from the store recently, but unfortunately had to return it because it was delivered to a neighbour, making me miss the return deadline by 24 hours. However, I really have to give a shout out to the amazing customer service I got, especially from Tarek. Despite the initial problem, they managed to sort things out and accept my return in the end. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. The dress itself was really good quality and arrived quickly, but it didn't quite fit right. I'm looking forward to ordering it again when it's back in stock. Thanks so much to the team for all their help!

I absolutely love the black leather jacket I bought from this store - it's absolutely stunning. The quality of the material is top-notch, and it fits me perfectly. Three dresses for a wedding
I have to admit, I was pretty let down and annoyed by the customer service team at first. They told me my refund was on its way, but I waited ages and nothing came through. After many attempts to chase it up, I finally heard back from someone who sorted it out fast. Matthew was great - really helpful and quick to fix things, turning my bad situation into a good one. I'm grateful for the speedy help and think he did a top job.
Faulty item resolution
I had a bit of trouble with my order recently, all my fault though. The customer service team at the shop was really quick to sort things out and fix the problem straight away. I was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and efficient they were in helping me out. I was absolutely amazed by the fantastic service I got from the staff member who helped me out with my question. They were so quick to respond, super professional, and really friendly, which I thought was brilliant. Killer dress
Wow, this dress is absolutely fabulous! It fits me perfectly and the quality is just top-notch. I felt like a million dollars wearing it. The customer service was also brilliant, they sorted out my order really quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend this company enough!

I had to cancel an order with this company, and I have to say their customer service is really top-notch. I sent them an email about cancelling, and they got back to me quickly, with no problems or delays. The way they dealt with my request was really impressive and professional. They sorted out my problem so fast, making everything easy and smooth. This kind of customer service is hard to find nowadays, and I'm really impressed with how they handled everything for me.
Dresses,trousers, suots
I mean,lavish alice is everything I have been looking for ,their clothes fit me like glove,
The only problem is I have small bust,but I always find a way to fix that.
The quality of the clothes is top notch ,there is no other brand that fits me well like lavish alice.
My closet is full of lavish alice dresses and pants ,and some few from other brands.

I like clothing and the quality is good . But, my normal size in all shops does not match lavish Alice therefore I have to order the rise I think I
Am and one smaller time gauge . Then I have to pay to return the item - I agree with many others returns should be free ALSO. On sale items no money refund just credit notes which their range is not vast ! So I now have a large credit note too which I can’t spend ?Jump suit
Returned an item 14 days ago and Royalmail have confirmed delivery to them and still no refund, they said it may take 15 days. Day 15 tomorrow but I'm not hopeful
2 dresses tuxedo/scuba tasked jumpsuit
Have ordered quite a few items from LA since discovering them whilst looking for a tuxedo dress in Nov/Dec. I’m quite surprised by some of the reviews as I have found the quality & fit of the dresses to be fantastic.
Delivery is really quick too.
But, I do wish there was just a return label supplied so I could go to the post office- as I have no printer, I have to go to Asda to return & their machine is always broken. This is the same process as some other online clothing companies & is FREE, so it’s still pretty good.
Refunds are a little slow, but to be fair it was Xmas & the return service to them does seem to take time.
I absolutely love the clothes they are different & stand out - keep doing what you’re doing & I will keep buying2 piece corset outfit
returned the item 4 weeks ago received an email to say they have received my return items but 3 weeks later STILL no refund, after emails sent no longer receiving replies just automated responses then nothing else, my order number was #120330
Pink scuba Extreme frill midi dress
Ordered 2 on separate orders in different sizes. Sent the bigger one back on 4th July and had notification they had received my dress back at their warehouse on 10th. Has been almost 10 working days and still nothing to say I am receiving a refund and still haven’t had my money back! £45 I am still out of pocket as well as £5 to return it! Rediculous. Will not be shopping here again which is a shame as I do like some of their items

I wish I could give you one star for your cheap looking poorly made clothes, your expensive return costs and your for ever late responses. I just want my money back for this scam and its been forever. You guys gave me as an apology a 20% off my next purchase but guess what i prefer to throw my money in the garbage. At least I would know where they are.
Order
My order arrived next day which was great. The only NEGATIVE is the fact that after ordering goods worth over 250 and didn't like 3 of the items. I had to pay to return them.!!! I think should be free to return goods after spending quite a bit.. I have to think twice about ordering next time incase I have returns coz there will always be either size smaller/bigger or refund.
Fantastic clothes by5 dreadful refund procedure
Bought many items and live the clothes. Customer service us excellent for dealing with queries however their refund procedure is one if the worst i have come across. Sent item back over 2 weeks ago and still waiting no contact no response to emails they don't answer phones. Spoils the image for this company.
Don’t Bother It’s Not Worth It
Returned £400 worth of clothes 12 days ago and Royal Mail confirms the company signed for the items 11 days ago. Still no refund. Very quick to ship, deathly slow to refund. Returns process is awkward and includes printing off labels inside the Post Office. No click and collect options or drop off. Just inconvenient in this day and age. Was promised my refund would be made today but apparently their “return systems are down” so now it’s tonbe paid tomorrow....Let’s see. I spend thousands a year online but will never use this site again.
I brought a dress from here about 3 weeks ago now had to send it back as was to small still waiting for my refund which I still haven’t received yet absolutely a joke do not order of this site
